Fishy lake, good terrains for picking cloudberries, hunting areas and wide wilderness areas nearby. 215 km to the northeast from Rovaniemi, 86 km to the northeast from Sodankylä municipality center, Lokka artificial lake 55 m (length 50 km, width 50 km), steep slope to the beach, road between cabin and beach, no own beach. Public swimming beach 250 m, campfire site and lean-to shelter on the beach. Fishing marina and boat ramp 0.7 km. There is no own boat in the cabin. Round log cabin, built in 1989. The permit area contains approximately 62 000 hectares of lake and pond waters and over 1 400 kilometers of river and stream waters. There are some rapids containing migratory fish in the area, which doesn't have their own fishing permit. Fishing in these rapids is also allowed by this Eastern Lapland angling permit. In such areas, the fisheries management fee itself will not allow the fishing. The advantage of this angling permit is that the adult's permit allows the whole family to fish, and it allows trolling with eight rods too. Species: trout and grayling, see fishing areas 3546 Korvatunturi and 3547 Vasaköngäs (www.eraluvat.fi). Hunting: Small game hunting area on state owned lands, 3616 Koitelainen begins from the Lokka area (www.eraluvat.fi). Lokka village and power plant dam, 0.5 km. The nearest shops, restaurants and fuel sales are located in Savukoski (86 km) or in Sodankylä (80 km).

60 km east of Tampere, L.Kukkiajärvi 20 m (length 10 km, width 10 km), gradually deepening, sandy bottom, partly hard rock bottom, own boat. Cottage also has one canoe. Also child friendly beach area. Log cottage 2000, living room/kitchen 2 extra beds (1 foldable sofa bed), bedroom 2 beds, sleeping loft/alcove 2 beds (few steep stair to the loft, see the photo), sauna, washroom, terrace. Access to WC and sauna from outside cottage. Blu-Ray/DVD-player. Air source heat pump, with cooling and heating functions. Nice cottage in lovely sunny place on shore of Lake Kukkiajärvi. Cottage plot is sunny and gently sloping. Additionally, in yard fixed grill with table and benches, as well as lean-to, in front of which campfire place. Smoke sauna on the yard can also be rented for separate charge, can be rented from first of May until end of October. NB! Lakeside sauna is smokesauna. 32 km west of Jyväskylä, lake Kirrinjärvi 30 m (length 2 km, breadth 700 m), shallow water, hard sanded bottom, own boat. Wooden cabin 2001, living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each (other with sliding door, other with a normal door), 2 beds in the loft (12 m²), washroom, sauna, terrace. Travel bed for a baby. The cottage is lsurrounded by fields and has wide sunny yard. Riding possibility and nature trail 7 km. Outdoor experience services 10 km. Farm produce for sale 3 km. Smoke sauna and canoes on request.

The old buildings with their own yards exude a village-like atmosphere reminiscent of the early 1900s, set amidst the surrounding wilderness. The cozy interior also respects and features old furniture, objects, and textiles. The self-service cabins are designed with biodiversity in mind, offering tenants biodegradable detergents and opportunities for waste sorting. The farm is powered by a solar energy electricity contract. You can comfortably explore the diverse nature of Lamminkangas by following the trails and paths marked on the map available at the cabin. 90 km northwest of Jyväskylä, pond Havulampi 350 m (length 0.6 km, width 0.3 km), with a deep muddy bottom, pier, and a private boat. Pond Havulampi has an area of 7 hectares, with a depth of over 9 meters at the center, and is a clean, dark-water pond. The shore has a pier and a rowing boat. The bottom is muddy and deepens quickly. There is no settlement on the opposite shore. The wooden cabin features a dining hall and a living room/kitchen. There is one bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom has a WC and shower cubicle. The loft, accessed via steep, narrow ladder-like stairs, includes sofas and a double bed. On the upper level of the loft, there is a cozy sleeping area with three floor mattresses. The loft does not have heating. The cabin is also equipped with a large, glazed living area with space for lounging and dining. In the yard, there is a separate wood-heated sauna by a small grassy pond. Water for the sauna is carried from the pond, and the sauna has electric lighting. At the shore, 350 meters from the cabin, there is a separate sauna with a wood-heated stove, where water is carried from the lake. The sauna does not have electric lighting. Additionally, there is a small separate building with a dressing room and a bunk bed. These beds are optional, but the maximum accommodation capacity is still 7 people. This holiday destination is available from 17:00 on the arrival day until 11:00 on the day of departure. The cabin is situated on a spacious, flat plot, where the sun shines all day. The terrain slopes down along the road leading to the shore of pond Havulampi, with the beach sauna located about 350 meters from the cabin. Lamminkangas is part of the ECEAT Finland destinations (Finnish Association for Organic Travel) and is situated in an environmentally friendly organic area. Laduille, rinteisiin ja ulkoilureiteille kävelee kymmenessä minuutissa. Aivan vierestä kulkee myös Skibussi, jolla kulkeminen ympäri matkailukeskuksen on helppoa. Myllykjoki virtaa suoraan kohteen takapihalla. Kesällä uintimahdollisuus. Huoneistossa majoittuu oikein mukavasti isompikin perhe. Olohuoneen isoista ikkunoista tulee valoa huoneistoon ja niistä avautuu rauhallinen metsänäkymä.
