The loft bedroom also includes a double bed, and an open loft area has two additional beds. The apartment accommodates a maximum of six people. The location is central yet peaceful, providing an opportunity to enjoy a tranquil vacation within walking distance of hiking trails and amenities. Additionally, the gondola lift offers a convenient way to cross over to the other side of the fell to Ruka village without the need for a car during your stay. Ski trails are nearby, snowmobile trails can be accessed from the cottage's yard. On the ground floor, a bedroom with double bed and sleeping alcove with single bed. The cabin has two bedrooms on the upper floor with 2 single beds in each. In addition, there is a bed in the upper floor lobby. There is also a desk for remote working. 29 km to the north from Kuusamo, Ruka Ski Resort 2.5 km, SkiBus 300 m, national park 22 km. Spacious and bright living room/kitchen, electric sauna.

This cozy holiday cabin offers a comfortable setting for a family or a small group, whether you're heading to the ski slopes in winter or exploring the outdoors in summer. The cabin features two bedrooms%E2%80%94one with a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other with a bunk bed. The spacious living room/kitchen is well-equipped, making meal preparation easy. The open-plan living area is a great place to relax by the heat-storing fireplace, and after a day of activities, you can unwind in your private sauna, which includes a modern washroom. The washroom also has a washing machine and a drying cabinet for your outdoor clothing and gear. The loft offers two additional beds (80 cm wide), ideal for children or friends. The cabin also includes Wi-Fi and a TV for evening entertainment. The location is excellent: only 400 meters to the ski slopes, 300 meters to cross-country ski trails, and 2 km to the nearest shop. This kelo log cabin provides a cozy and practical base for enjoying Ruka's wide range of year-round activities.

Good closet spaces in bedrooms and hallway. The holiday home has been renovated and surfaces renewed almost entirely, most recently in 2022-23 (e.g. sauna and washroom, toilet, part of the floor-, ceiling- and wall surfaces, appliances and kitchen). Toilet renovated in 2022. Electric sauna, washroom/shower (renovated in 2004). WiFi, Playstation 3 and lots of games, 2 workstations for remote work (incl. screen and keyboard). The high chair is a Stokke Tripp-Trapp chair, also a travel cot and potty for a child. In a lockable warehouse sledges, sliders and 3 Stiga children's snowboard boards.

In the lobby of the loft, 140 cm wide sofa bed. Travel cot is also available for small travelers. On the ground floor, there is a drying cabinet and washing machine. The electric car charging is included in the price, 3 x 6A (4kw). During the winter, when Talvijärvi freezes over, the nearest Talvijärvi ski lift is only 500 m away. Valtavaara-Pyhävaara nature reserve 200 m.
