Possibility to charge an electric car (7 kW output) is included in the price. Wood-built hut with partial glass roof (for watching northern lights), built in 2021. Ideal destination in winter time for observing the northern lights and the night sky from indoor. In summer time, the hut is lighted by summer night sun. The glass roof is heated, so it stays clear despite the changing weather. There are no curtains on the glass roof, so there is as bright as outside (midnight sun during summer). The hut has double bed (160 cm) under a glass roof, sofa bed (140 cm), bio ethanol fireplace, kitchen and washroom/WC. The kitchen has air-fryer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is no dish drying closet in the hut. The digital music player works with a mobile phone's Bluetooth connection, Netflix and Prime Video available with the codes of the owner. Yard sauna with dressing room and wood-burning sauna stove, water pipe in summer use, in winter time water must be carried. Distance to the boat site/swimming beach is 700 m. Please, notice that cottage is not suitable for the persons allergic for pets. The cabin's well water may have a little humus, so the owner brings drinking water. Humus can slightly stain e.g. laundry (there is no washing machine at the property). Santerin Torppa is s small rental cabin in the middle of the forest, ideal for a couple or a small family. If the snow condition allows, the owner makes a ski trail about 100 meters away, length of the trail is 1-2 km.
