In front (10 km away) is Säppi island, with its lighthouse, after which Sweden. Plot includes private island with a shore. Round log cabin, built in 1991 and located in a peaceful and private location near the fell Soutajatunturi. On the ground floor kitchen, bedroom with two beds 80*200 cm, sauna (electric sauna stove), washroom and open porch. In addition, sleeping loft (steep stairs), with 2 box springs, 80*200 cm. No child gate. There is an oven in the yard that can be used for grilling too. Soutajan Kuksa, as its Finnish name tells, is located near the fell Soutajatunturi. The nearest ski trail is 500 meters away, there is a total of about 150 km of ski trails in Pyhä-Luosto area. The Pyhä ski resort is about 3.5 km away, the North slope (Pohjoisrinne) is about 2.8 km. The Luosto ski resort is about 20 km away. There is Amethyst Spa in connection with Lapland Hotel Luostotunturi. The hiking trails of Pyhä-Luosto National Park are 3.5 km away. Along the trail networks you can hike in the summer, e.g. to Finland's deepest gorge, Isokuru, where you can see the breathtaking Pyhänkasteenputous waterfall. Along the hiking trails, it is possible to reach Pyhä-Luosto's highest fell, Noitatunturi, which is 540 m high. Some of the hiking trails are also mountain biking trails, and Pyhä has several companies that rent mountain bikes and fat bikes. From near the cabin, there is access to the Soutaja cycling route, which goes around Pyhäjärvi village. Along the way you can reach the summit of the fell Soutajatunturi if you wish. Note, you can't get to the summit by bike, you have to leave the bike at Soutaja's hut. Around 15 km towards Luosto is the Lampivaara amethyst mine. It is a place worth visiting, where visitors can dig for themselves lucky amethyst as a souvenir and finally enjoy coffee in the Lampivaara cafe.

A two-storey semi-detached log cabin built in 2018 in the new Levi South point area. The apartment is a perfect fit for families with children, couples or a group of friends alike. Situated in the woods besides the southern slopes, it is undisturbed by the noise of Levi center but still easily accessible being only a 10-minute car drive away from Kittilä airport and 7 minutes from Levi center. Ski bus service leaves every 30 minutes during the winter season and conveniently takes you to the closest grocery store or to the heart of Levi centre. On the ground floor, living room/kitchen, bedroom with two beds, sauna, washroom, separate WC and small covered terrace. On the upper floor, a bedroom with 2 beds and another bedroom with 4 beds. For rails and jumps, head towards almost kilometer-long South Park next to lift nr 9 or Junior South Park. In addition to hiking and mountain biking, don't miss the summer sled track experience or the Activity Park by the Gondoli2000 lift which guarantee fun-filled days regardless of age. The frisbee golf courses in Levi's fells are open 24 hours a day, and the Express and Gondoli2000 lift also transport you up the fell where you'll see Levi's stunning scenery under the arctic summer sun which differs vastly from the winters snowy landscape. The nearest ski slopes are South Slopes, 300 m distance by walking (shortcut), 800 m distance by car. The slope restaurants of South point serve in winter. Services of Levi tourist center 6 km. The location is excellent, as the ski trail is right next to it and the ski slopes and the spa are only a short distance away. The apartment is located in a paneled log-built building with two other apartments. The building was built in 1989. The apartment has comfortable living room/kitchen and bedroom with double bed. The living room/kitchen has a sofa bed. On the upper floor, there are two spreadable sofas, one of the sofas is already opened. The area of the upper floor is about 25 square meters and the room height is about 1.5 meters. The stairs leading to the upper floor are steep. The apartment also has a sauna and washroom/WC. Between the apartments is a covered space. This space contains an outdoor fireplace, which is shared with other apartments. In addition, there is a loft space between the apartments (no heating), where you can do, for example, ski maintenance and equipment storage. The space also has a ski waxing table. It has three bedrooms from which one has a double bed, one has two single beds and one has two full bunk beds. Living room is very spacious and offers seating for the entire group. Kitchen and dining area is right next to the living room. In addition the villa has a dressing room, bathroom with two showers and a spacious sauna. Toilet is separate. The equipment level has been improved in winter -25. The kitchen and toilet surfaces, sinks and toilet cistern have been renewed. In addition, the small appliances in the kitchen have been replaced and the crockery and cutlery have been updated. There is space for two vehicles in front of the villa. In addition there is a garage on the other side of the street. Cottage is suitable best for couples or a families. This is your holiday home in Lapland! This gorgeous log villa has been skillfully crafted and provides amazing grounds for both summer and winter holidays. Massive stone work fireplace and log wood lighting in the living room creates a great atmosphere. Sauna with log interior is big enough to give steam for a bigger group at once. Services of Levi center can be found within one kilometer from the villa and the closest slopes and cross-country skiing tracks can be reached in 5 minutes. Levi Golf is located within 3km from the villa and Levi Spa awaits only one kilometer away. Path that goes around Levi fell starts only few hundred meters from the villa and offers perfect terrain for cross-country skiing, day hiking or even riding a fatbike.

Drying cabinet for clothes. Satellite dish in cottage (including news channels in English, German and Russian). The distance from the cottage to Kittilä is about 13 km and to Levi and Ylläs about 30 km. Suvantovirta is situated on the banks of the fishy Ounas River, the most common catches are grayling and trout. Fishing permits and where to buy them can be found at www.ounasjoki.fi. Ball barbecue for use. Water in the tap contains iron, which causes smell and taste into the water. However, it's examined and potable. Wlan. In winter the nearest groomed ski trail is about 3 km from Särestöniemi. From there you can reach to Ylläs and Levi's skiing tracks. There is a connecting track from Suvantovirta to Särestö from week 8, if the snow conditions allow it. There is direct access to the tracks from the cabin yard. The snowmobile track is 1 km along the road (50 m to the ice on the river, where you can also go sledging). Toilets, laundry room, saunas renovated, windows, front door and floors replaced in May-June 2021. New sofa and 43" Smart TV replaced in autumn 2024. There is a seldom-used fishing cottage beside this cottage. However, it's occupied about one time during summer time and beside the fishing cottage the next neighbor is 500 m away.
