Living room is very spacious and offers seating for the entire group. Kitchen and dining area is right next to the living room. In addition the villa has a dressing room, bathroom with two showers and a spacious sauna. Toilet is separate. There is space for two vehicles in front of the villa. In addition there is a garage on the other side of the street. Cottage is suitable best for couples or a families. This gorgeous log villa has been skillfully crafted and provides amazing grounds for both summer and winter holidays. Massive stone work fireplace and log wood lighting in the living room creates a great atmosphere. Sauna with log interior is big enough to give steam for a bigger group at once. Services of Levi center can be found within one kilometer from the villa and the closest slopes and cross-country skiing tracks can be reached in 5 minutes. Levi Golf is located within 3km from the villa and Levi Spa awaits only one kilometer away. Path that goes around Levi fell starts only few hundred meters from the villa and offers perfect terrain for cross-country skiing, day hiking or even riding a fatbike.

Separate log cottage, completed in spring 2005, on the shore of Lake Ounasjoki in Kittilä. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for 3 persons. Well-equipped kitchen-living room. Electric sauna, shower and separate toilet. Fireplace (baking oven above the fireplace is not in use). Drying cabinet for clothes. Satellite dish in cottage (including news channels in English, German and Russian). The distance from the cottage to Kittilä is about 13 km and to Levi and Ylläs about 30 km. Suvantovirta is situated on the banks of the fishy Ounas River, the most common catches are grayling and trout. Fishing permits and where to buy them can be found at www.ounasjoki.fi. Ball barbecue for use. Water in the tap contains iron, which causes smell and taste into the water. However, it's examined and potable. Wlan. In winter the nearest groomed ski trail is about 3 km from Särestöniemi. From there you can reach to Ylläs and Levi's skiing tracks. There is a connecting track from Suvantovirta to Särestö from week 8, if the snow conditions allow it. There is direct access to the tracks from the cabin yard. The snowmobile track is 1 km along the road (50 m to the ice on the river, where you can also go sledging). Toilets, laundry room, saunas renovated, windows, front door and floors replaced in May-June 2021. New sofa and 43" Smart TV replaced in autumn 2024. There is a seldom-used fishing cottage beside this cottage. However, it's occupied about one time during summer time and beside the fishing cottage the next neighbor is 500 m away. In the villa, a living room kitchen with an atmospheric cozy fireplace, 2 bedrooms%3B a double bed in the downstairs bedroom, two single beds and a double bed upstairs, and in addition a sofa bed in the living room, which is suitable for e.g. for two children, so there are sleeping places for up to eight.
