The apartment's electricity production has focused on responsible electricity production, and the electricity is produced using Fortum's responsible solar energy. Charging an electric/hybrid car is prohibited.

Cabin with amenities close to Pallas fells and national park. 250 km to the north from Rovaniemi, near Raattama in Ylikyrö area. Located near the fell Pallastunturi. Planed log cabin, built in 1993. Living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, two bedrooms, each with two beds. The beds can be placed side by side or separately. When placed separately, there is space for bedside table (distance between the beds is 80 cm). Sauna, washroom/WC, covered terrace and small storage. The reservation includes a free electric car charging point (official charging station, Type 2). Wifi (road network, 4G/ 50M).

The two upper floors house the main living areas of the house, with three bedrooms (bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: single bed, and bedroom 3: double bed), a kitchen, sauna, bathroom, utility room, and two WCs. Access to the ground floor is from the outside. There is a separate apartment with a living room, bedroom (two beds), kitchen, WC, and shower. Additionally, there is a separate beach cabin (available in the summer) with a wood-heated sauna and a fireplace room with a loft (mattress for two). The beach cabin/lakeside sauna has electricity and electric lighting, water must be carried from the lake and heated in a water boiler in the sauna stove. 75 km to the north of Mikkeli, Lake Paro 55 m, no pier, a sandy shallow beach, own rowing boat. The log cabin is 296 m² (built in 1991). Pets are welcome in the house as long as they do not stay on the sofas or beds.

Air source heat pump. Heating socket for the car. Slow charging of an electric car can be reserved for an additional fee, you can also ask the owner for a portable 11 kW Type-2 charging station for rent. Note! Weekend bookings end at 12.00 on Sundays in this cottage.

For mountain bikers, accessories include a battery-powered pressure washer, detergents and brush, a maintenance stand and a tire pump for washing the bike.
