Access to the laundry room and ski maintenance room is via the apartment's door code. Ski storage is available in the basement of Kultakero II building, also accessible with the apartment's door code. There is no dedicated parking space for the apartment, but there are parking spaces in front of the Kultakero I and II buildings, along with 11 electric car charging points for public use, approximately 20-100 meters away.
