3-storey cottage in Uuttuniemi. 9 km north of Kuusamo centre (towards Ruka) In the winter, for example, you can go skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing and tobogganing. During the summer there is possibility to go berry picking, mushroom picking in the canopy forest and fishing. The beach (muddy) is 50m away and a boat is available. The location is quiet and the property is ideal for families and small business groups. A 3-story cabin built in 2004. Top floor: 2 single beds. Downstairs: 2 separate bedrooms, one with double bed (160x200 cm), other with 2 separate single beds (90x200 cm). Upstairs: 2 beds (90x200 cm), 1 double bed (140x200 cm) and a circular bed (diameter 210 cm). Separate storeroom with ski waxing rack. There are 4 kick sledges ( 2 for adults and 2 for children) for clients use. Well-equipped kitchen includes crockery/cutlery for 8 persons, dining table with 6 seats, 2 dining places in kitchen, electric cooker, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave. Smart TV, radio, DVD player, heat-storing fireplace, sauna with electric stove, washroom, separate WC. Washing machine and clothes drying closet. Notice! The location by the River Iijoki allows easy access to the nearby services in the center of Taivalkoski and convenient entry to the Taivalvaara ski resort. The open and spacious living room features a comfortable sofa that can also serve as an additional bed for one. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for preparing delicious meals and enjoying gatherings around the dining table. The house comprises three charming bedrooms offering comfortable sleep. The main bedroom has a spacious double bed and a private WC, the second bedroom has a double bed (width 140 cm), and the third bedroom has two single beds. There's a practical walk-in closet attached to one of the bedrooms. The sauna section includes a spacious sauna, while the bathroom has two showers and a WC. Additionally, the house includes a utility room and another separate WC, making holiday chores easier. Outdoor living is effortless and enjoyable on the covered terrace, offering a magnificent view of the River Iijoki and the surrounding nature. Pets are very welcome in this holiday home! Especially for dogs, there's a dedicated dog house and two kennels, allowing our four-legged friends to fully enjoy the vacation. There are two TVs in the house, one in the living room and another in one of the bedrooms. Please note that the carport shown in the pictures is not available for use. Fishing in the Iijoki River is accessible, with fishing spots the closest by. The common catch in the area includes sizable graylings and trouts. Hiking, cycling, and winter skiing are available. Taivalvaara Ski Resort is 4 km away, offering two lifts, a ski trail network, and a ski jumping hill. The Whitewater Kayaking Center is 4.5 km away. On the ground floor there is fireroom with sofa bed for 1-2 persons and bedroom for three persons with bunkbed (lower bed can be enlarged for two). Sauna (electric heating), washroom, toilet. Upstairs there is kitchen, living room, one bedroom with twin bed and shower/toilet. Loft with separate beds for three. Balcony. Wifi. Downstairs has warm service room for fixing skis. Baby equipment: travel bed for a baby, high chair and potty. Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 8 km, Vuokatti ski slope 1,5 km, cross country track 200 m. Beach 200 m. Final cleaning included.
