In the winter time there are snowmobile tracks located 200 meters from the cabin on the ice of the lake. Also it's possible to use the ice for getting to the maintained cross country skiing tracks. 53 km north from Kemijärvi, cottage built in 1995. Two bedrooms with two separate beds (80*200cm) and one bedroom with double bed (160*200cm), kitchen, living room, sauna, washroom and toilet. To ensure a smooth holiday, we always recommend ordering a final cleaning in advance.

96 km to the north from Rovaniemi, lake Unarijärvi 100 m (length 11 km, width 3,5 km), quickly deepening beach, rocky bottom, own rowing boat and boat. The customer brings the fuel. There is also species like vendace, pike, perch and whitefish. An excellent destination for fishing in rapids is the river Meltausjoki, which starts from the lake Unarinjärvi within 6 km distance. There is good grayling population in river Meltausjoki. Destination 2561 Meltausjoki (www.eraluvat.fi). Hunting: State owned small game hunting areas 2613 Maunu and 3606 Vasaselkä easily accessible (see www.eraluvat.fi). Excursions destinations nearby: island Porosaari with lean-to shelter (1,8 km boat trip) and rapid Unarinköngäs in river Meltausjoki (about 10 km). Hunting dogs are allowed outdoors only by separate agreement with the owner.Pets are absolutely not allowed inside the cottage due to the allergies of the caretaker. Kierinki village 17 km. There are services like grocery shop, fuel sales, café-restaurant, art gallery, private restaurant, program service companies offering nature experiences and snowmobile rental in the village. 55 km south of Kuopio, beach 50 m away (Lake Kallavesi/Koirus/Konnusvesi), deep, hard bottom, water depth is 2 meters at the end of the pier, own boat. A spacious log villa on a peninsula, overlooking the lake in almost all directions. Villa built in 1983, kitchen, utility room, room with fireplace, living room/meeting room, vestibule, bedroom with double bed and a private bathroom-toilet, three bedrooms with 2 beds in each (+ one extra bed). Sauna, bathroom, dressing room and a warm glass terrace. The villa has four bathrooms and 3 showers. Free wireless internet access. DVD/Blue-ray, karaoke equipment and meeting equipment. In addition, PlayStation 2 console with some games, gas grill, and mosquito trap (so-called mosquito magnet). Water to the cabin comes from the spring. Lakeside sauna with steam room and fireplace room. 1 bed in the fireplace room. Lakeside sauna is renovated in 2020. The sauna has a shower in the steam room, electric light and electric heating. In the fireplace room, there are electric hot plates and a refrigerator. The lakeside sauna is available from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. You can rent the hot tub from the owner for additional price by separate agreement. Price 200€/1-4 days and 300€/5-7 days. Caretaker fills the hot tub up and begins to heat it. Customer takes care of further heating and can use the hot tub during the whole rental period (water won't be changed). During winter the customer takes care of that it doesn't freeze and after usage empties it. Cozy cabin by the lake. Electric outboard motor for rent. Also, possibility for renting fishing rods, jigs, ice drill and other fishing gear. Yard games, dart board, croquet, Finnish throwing game Mölkky and badminton court. Limited amount of firewood available (approx. 1 m%C2%B3). If the reserved amount of firewood is not enough, you can get more fuelwood from the guardian for an additional fee. Small game permits can also be purchased from the local hunting club (Suopan Erakot). Meltausjoki fishing area 13 km (see destination 2561 Meltausjoki, www.eraluvat.fi). 52 km to the northeast from Savonlinna, lake Saimaa/Pataselkä 25 m, hard, gently deepening sand bottom, farter soft mud bottom, pier, rowing boat. Log cabin 1994, living room/kitchen (30 m²), bedroom (7 m²) double bed, washroom, sauna (wood-burning sauna stove), separate WC. On the upper floor bedroom (12 m²) with double bed and two sofas, another bedroom (14 m²) with double bed and travel bed, third bedroom (20 m²) with two beds and spreadable bed (two extra beds) and balcony. Outbuilding for summer use, double bed as an alternative sleeping place. There are electric lightning and electric heating in the outbuilding. The lakeside sauna is a 200 years old drying barn. It was converted into a sauna in 1985. The sauna can be used throughout the year. In summer water comes to the sauna with pump, in winter water must be brought by using buckets. Hot tub next to the lakeside sauna, can be rented for an extra fee. Hot tub is not available if temperature is below -1 degrees celsius, please check availability before making a booking. The rental fee is 99 euro. Fee for filling and heating 60 euro, payment in cash on site. "Korpi" grill hut in the half-hectare forest behind the cottage, distance from the main cottage approx. 25 m. The hearth of the hut is decorated with animal-themed decorations, the hut is equipped with a coffee pot, a grill grid and a flat pan. Utras is a rental cabin in a great location. The gently deepening sandy beach is ideal for small children. This is an ideal destination for two families or a larger group, good facilities for a nice holiday. Good fishing waters.
