The beach is located in the middle of the forest in its own peace, surrounded by beautiful nature. Cottage was expanded and converted into a modern villa in 2017. There's also another sandy beach 150 m away. Own rowing boat, electric motor and battery available for hire. Wooden cottage, built in 1976, renovated and expanded in 2018. Ski trails from the village hall (distance 300 m), lengths of trails 1 km, 2 km (illuminated, running track in summer), 3 km and 5 km. There are also ball court and disc golf cource. Some frisbees in the cottage. Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park 30 km, Ylläs ski resort, Äkäslompolo, 40 km (note, the straightest road can be unplowed in the middle of the winter). Levi 76 km.

If clients would like to change the hot tub's water during their holiday, the refill of the tub water costs 20 €/refill. Beach is only suitable for experienced swimmers, as the water is flowing in the area.
