Wood storage. Huotarin mökki is very nice location for the small families, couples or persons who likes nature and silences. Good options for fishing. Possible ski, hiking and bikes. Note: water is not drinkable, owner bring the drinking water. Washing water comes from the lake (water pipe). Christmas- and New Year-time booking includes Christmas tree. 25km north of Kuusamo, Vuosseli (Eastern Ruka) 700m. Cozy log cottage, built in 1998 and has been renovated over the years. Master bedroom with 180 cm wide double bed, bedrooms 2-4: 2 beds in each, loft (28 m², low room height): 6 high quality Tempur-mattresses, steep stairs to loft, combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna. Downstairs 126 m² + loft 28 m². Cottage and holiday apartment area in Hissikuja road. Huvihovi is situated at the end of the road. Nearest ski lifts Vuosseli III and RukaExpress, nearest restaurants Ski Bistro and Camp Kitchen & Bar. Child proof gate on the loft. Possibility of charging electric and hybrid cars. The loft has a 50" Internet TV with an HDMI connection for game consoles, also Chromecast. Note. Ordering the bed linen afterwards/near the beginning of holiday: a delivery fee of 30e is added to the order. 20 km north of Kotka, Kymijoki 10 m, soft, deep mud mottom, a pier, own boat. Log cottage 2012, kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide), sauna (electric), shower room, 2 showers and toilet, terrace. Upstairs: bedroom with double bed (160 cm wide), bedroom with 2 beds (80 cm and 120 cm wide), lounge sofa-bed, bathroom, balcony. Yard Storage. Note! Hot tub (water is ready filled in) in the yard is included in the price from 1st of April till 30th of November. During winter time (minus celsius) the tub cannot be used. If clients would like to change the hot tub's water during their holiday, the refill of the tub water costs 20 €/refill. There are three gear bicycles available for rent and one electronically assisted gear bicycle: 3-speed unisex Helkama bicycle (28 ”), 7-speed unisex Helkama bicycle (28”), 7-speed Helkama youth bicycle (26 ”) and 3-speed electric unisex Helkama bicycle (28”). Helkama electric bike rent is 35 € / day and 135 € / week. Other times rates are negotiated separately. Rent of other bikes is 15 € / bike / day and 50 € / bike / week. If you already know when booking this cottage that you would like to rent one of your bikes, you can mention it already in the details of the booking. The cycling trail follows the River Kymijoki, in an idyllic countryside setting or in a wooded area surrounded by a nature reserve. Fully-equipped villa by the rapids on a sunny plot. Fishing rights for both below and above the rapids in the local fishing club area's are included in the rent. However, it is 2 km distance for example to the below the rapids and you can not use the villa's boat to get there (due to rapids). Angling with a hook and line is not possible since water area is a special fishing area. Fishing equipment rental and guided fishing tours available for extra price from the neighbor. Beach is only suitable for experienced swimmers, as the water is flowing in the area. 35 km north of Kouvola, L.Siikajärvi 25 m (length 2 km, width 1 km), shallow, hard sandy / clay bottom, own boat. Two-storey wooden/stone built villa 2002, kitchen, living room (60 m²), 2 bedrooms 1 bed in each, bedroom double bed, library, washroom, open porch. Separate sauna building (35 m²) with washroom, room with fireplace, sauna has both wood-burning and elec. stove, Sauna has elec. light, shower, WC and geothermal heating. Sauna also has outdoor pool (electrical, included in the price), see photos. "Villa Hiljaisuus (Silence)", designed by world famous architect Juhani Pallasmaa, differs from conventional cottages and offers peace and quiet. A hot tub can be reserved for an additional fee, which can be reserved directly from the owner. Distance to the neihgbor cottage 100 m, distance between piers 50 m. Recreation area PÄRNÄVAARA 14 km. Possibility for horse riding 8 km.

28 km south-east of Joensuu. Lake Pyhäselkä 50 m (length 30 km, breadth 13 km), quite shallow water, firm sandy gravel bottom. There is an embankment between shore and cottage. Own boat. Log cabin 1990, living room/kitchen 1 sofa (for two persons), bedroom with 2 beds, dressing room, sauna (electric and wood sauna stove), glazed veranda. Entrance to sauna and toilet via veranda. Neighbor cottage 100 m, distance between piers is 50 m. Recreation area PÄRNÄVAARA 14 km. Possibility for riding 8 km.

A log cabin located in the Ukkohalla tourist center, 6 + 2 people, 60m2 + loft 12m2, kitchen, 1 bedroom, loft, sauna, washroom/toilet, fireplace + firewood. Double bed in the bedroom, 6 mattresses in the loft. Interior renovated in summer 2022. Ukkohalla: Tourist center located on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, with area information, shop, restaurant, spa, slope center, snowmobile trails, ski slopes, program services, beach in summer, frisbee golf course and wake board course. A double bed in the other bedroom and a bunk bed in the other, 2 mattresses on the loft, a sofa-bed in the living room. There is a air sour pump and grill, which is not in use and will not be rented to customers. Note! The cottage is not rented to groups consisting of under 25 year old. The maximum number of people in the destination is 10 and it cannot be exceeded. The cottage can be rented only for families and other guests having peaceful holiday. Ukkohalla: Tourism centre located by Lake Syväjärvi, with an information centre, store, restaurant, spa, slope centre, snowmobile tracks, ski tracks, programme services, beach (further information at www.ukkohalla.fi). Cottage is available at 4.00pm on arriving day - till 12.00 on departure day.

Log cottage built in 2010, open plan kitchen, living room, fireplace, bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with double bed. Sleeping loft with one bed and 2 mattresses. Shower room, electric sauna and separate toilet. Two terraces. Charcoal grill available in summer. Carport and lockable woodshed. A separately located nicely decorated cabin in a peaceful area. Only ca. 5 min drive to Ruka. Snow mobile route is located on the west side of lake Ihtinki.

55 km north of Joensuu. Lake Höytiäinen 20 m (length 50 km, breadth 10 km), shallow water, firm sandy bottom. Own boat. Wooden cabin 1992, surfaces renovated 2013, kitchenette, living room with convertible sofa, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, dressing room, washroom, sauna, open veranda. Traditional cottage on a sunny and peaceful grounds. A spacious lawn plot. Bicycles and outboard motor for rent. KOLI ski resort 40 km. Juuka 33 km (stone village), Outokumpu 43 km (old mining museum) and Huhmari 30 km (spa). The electric car may not be charges from the sockets of the cottage. For an additional fee, the electric car can be charged at the owner's home (approx 2 km) from a power plug. The owner will charge a deposit payment of 200 euros in cash on the spot at least during Midsummer and New Year. According to our booking conditions the payment can be charged always. The payment will be returned on check-out day when everything in the cottage and surroundings is ok.

65 km northeast of Kuopio, artificial pond 60 m (size 20 x 30 meters), the deepest point of the pond is 3 meters, deep shore, the water flows through the pond. In winter, there is possibility for ice dipping in artificial pond. Ice hole stays ice-free by sulabox-pump. Artificial pond and dock are shared with neighboring cottage 13343. Log cabin, which is built in 2000, has two floors%3B in the ground floor kitchen, washroom, sauna (wood-burning stove), hall, terrace. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm wide) + 1 bed in each, balcony. Rather steep stairs to the upper floor. In the cottage there is high-quality karaoke equipment. In the summer time from 1.5 to 30.9 shared sauna cottage by the pond and barbecue hut. A hot tub for rent, if neighbour cottage (13343) is not rented at the same time. The price of the hot tub is 100 euroa/one time (filled with water and pre-heated). In the yard of the cottage Mosquito Magnet -trap for mosquitoes. If you want a perfect place for family celebrations, weddings, you can rent this cottage and neighbour cottage together, then the total amount of the guests can be 16 person. Owner rents out also a party room, which is situated in the plot. The ski center Tahkovuori main slopes 15 km, the western slopes 6 km. Tahko Spa, Piazza, Golf Old Course 16 km. Tended ski trails from the cottage (length 10 km).

Distance from Paljakka ski centre 4 km / 2.5 mi in direction of Ristijärvi. Distance to Latvalampi pond 100 m (500 m long and 100 m wide). Spacey chalet of massive logs. Living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, downstairs bedroom with double-bed, and in both upstairs bedrooms 2 beds, and in the upstairs hallway a sofa bed.
