30 km to the north from Kouvola, lake Iso-Kamponen 10 m (length 1 km, width 2 km), hard, gently deepening bottom (sand/clay), pier, rowing boat and pedal boat. Shore, boat and pedal boat in shared use. A wooden cabin 1960, completely renovated and expanded 2007, living room, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, washroom with shower and WC, sauna (wood heated), hall, large covered terrace. Log cabin 1988, kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed, alcove with double bed, sleeping loft with 1 mattress, sauna with electric stove, washroom, glassed-in porch. Portable charcoal BBQ grill. Please bring own coal.

70 km to the south from Jyväskylä, lake Puttolanselkä 40 m (width 1.4 km, length 6 km), shallow approx. 400 m wide, natural sand beach shared by the area's apartments, rowing boat (only for the use of this apartment). Apartment in wood-built row house, built in 1975, living room/kitchen (kitchen renovated 12/2024), living room wit sofa bed for 2 adults, hallway, double bed and bunk bed in the bedroom, washroom, sauna, WC in the washroom, terrace with grill with gas. Kitchen has an airfryer. The shared tennis court in the area can be used free of charge (playing shifts can be reserved by making a note in the notebook on the court), the tenant brings the own rackets and balls. On the beach, there is a common playground, where e.g. swings and some toys. Shared barbecue area with few groups of dining tables and a grill. Distance approx. 350 m. You can go to the barbecue area along the beach. There is an air cooling system (use for summer time).

This small apartment is situated in a peaceful spot in a row house, and it is the end apartment facing the forest. The apartment's large windows make it spacious and bright. The apartment provides an excellent location for winter sports enthusiasts. A lit ski trail is only 50 m away, making winter sports and outdoor activities easy and enjoyable. Additionally, a snowmobile trail is not far, so snowmobilers can enjoy the diverse snowmobiling opportunities in the area. The alpine village of Levi is about 3.5 km away, so shops, restaurants, and other services are easily accessible. The apartment's open kitchen has a sofa bed. There are three mattresses in the loft. Please note that the loft is small, and the stairs leading to it are very steep. The apartment also has its own sauna and bathroom, as well as a small terrace. Price includes 1 ski lift ticket for the winter season 2025-2026.

Wooden building 2000, living room/ kitchen, 3 bedrooms 2 beds in each, sleeping loft 2 beds, dressing room, washroom, sauna (electric sauna stove), vestibule, open porch. Additionally, own lakeside sauna (13 m²) and roofed grill. Some trees have been cut down from the yard. From pictures number four and five you can see the current amount of trees. The cottage has an air source heat pump, but it is not in use. The cottage was painted in May 2025.

Juotas Village is a charming apartment surrounded by countryside landscape, located near the river Kemijoki. The apartment has been renovated and decorated in a traditional style. The farm has a workshop that manufactures leather goods and a café. There are two Finnish horses grazing in the yard, possibility to ride. 65 km southeast from Rovaniemi city center. No own beach. Distance to the river Kemijoki is 500 m, lean-to shelter and boat ramp located on the beach. Public swimming beach by the artificial lake Juottaa, distance 500 m. Gable apartment in a row house containing three apartments in total. The house is log-built (board lining, interior walls partially covered), former apartment in village school building, built in 1947 and renovated in 2015. In the living room spreadable sofa bed, in the bedroom 3 beds, in the another bedroom 1 bed (width 120 cm), kitchen, separate WC with shower and covered terrace. One separate mattress, can be placed freely if needed. On the ground floor of the main building, there is a sauna with wood-burning sauna stove. The owner heats the sauna or guides it in heating. In connection with the sauna, washroom with a shower. Final cleaning includes in price. Bed linen + towels can be ordered in advance for an additional fee (delivered with beds made).
