The cottage is not located by a lake (distance to the beach 2.5 km), but the use of the outside hot tub (and the first heating) is included in the rent. Located in the peace of nature 2017cottage rebuilt from old vertical logs on the shore of the Pieni-Kiimanen lake, close to the village of Sotkamo (6 km) and the of the Vuokatti (13 km). In an atmospheric cottage%C2%B4s living area 75 m² on two floors. Downstairs, a spacious living room kitchen, dining set for 6-8, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with separate beds for 2. Small washroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Steep stairs to the upper floor, sofa in the hall for 1-2 guests, double bed in the bedroom. One room upstairs is not available to visiters. Covered spacious porch with furniture. Separate beach sauna approx. 40 m from the cottage. In the sauna, there is a wood stove and the water is heated in a boiler, no shower. A long pier, partly a land pier, because the height of the water level varies. 15 to 70 cm of water at the end of the pier. Hard clay bottom, shallow long beach, own shoreline approx. 70 m. Note during the winter season, you should avoid moving on the ice, because there are many frozen currents in the water. By rowing, you can go to the opposite shed during the thaw to roast sausages, but in winter you must not cross the water. There is also a storage building with wood storage and waste sorting. Parking lot in front of the cottage, with a car heating pole for 2 cars. The cabin is heated by ground heat and in the summer time an air heat pump is used for cooling, the cabin has mechanical ventilation. Smart TV 43" The tap water is filtered from well water, which has manganese levels above the reference values, which may cause a slight odor. However, there is a separate tap in the kitchen where you can get double-filtered, clean water for cooking and drinking. Children's equipment is provided if necessary. The slow charging of the electric car can be agreed separately in advance with the owner. 50 km north-east of Tampere, Jouttenus Lake 30 m, shallow sandy, soft beach, pier, own boat. Log cottage 2013, downstairs living room, kitchenette, washroom, sauna (wooden stove), large terrace. Upstairs as a bedroom where there are 2 double beds and 1 single bed. One extra bed either on downstairs couch or a mattress on the floor. Outbuilding for sleeping (build in 2023) available in summer with double bed. The outbuilding is an alternative accommodation, and it doesn't increase the number of clients. On the terrace there is a wood burning hot tub for extra price, it can be used during 1.4 - 31.11 (payment to the cottage owner). In the yard there is summer kitchen with gas grill and a fish smoking box. The villa is located on a hillside on the edge of the forest, the yard area is flat to the beach. In the yard there is a wood shed and one frisbeegolf stand. Also some yard games available. At the entrance road there is horses pasture. Lake has good fishing possibilities, berry picking areas nearby (during that season). Apartment in wood-built row house, built in 1975, living room/kitchen (kitchen renovated 12/2024), living room, hallway, double bed and bunk bed in the bedroom, washroom, sauna, WC in the washroom, terrace with grill with gas. The shared tennis court in the area can be used free of charge (playing shifts can be reserved by making a note in the notebook on the court), the tenant brings the own rackets and balls. On the beach, there is a common playground, where e.g. swings and some toys. Shared barbecue area with few groups of dining tables and a grill. Distance approx. 350 m. You can go to the barbecue area along the beach. There is an air cooling system (use for summer time). The holiday village Joutiaisen viekko apartments are located on the pine knoll in the Joutsenlampi area and have lake views. The wide, child-friendly natural sandy beach is shared. This small apartment is situated in a peaceful spot in a row house, and it is the end apartment facing the forest. The apartment's large windows make it spacious and bright. The apartment provides an excellent location for winter sports enthusiasts. A lit ski trail is only 50 m away, making winter sports and outdoor activities easy and enjoyable. Additionally, a snowmobile trail is not far, so snowmobilers can enjoy the diverse snowmobiling opportunities in the area. The alpine village of Levi is about 3.5 km away, so shops, restaurants, and other services are easily accessible. The apartment's open kitchen has a sofa bed. There are three mattresses in the loft. Please note that the loft is small, and the stairs leading to it are very steep. The apartment also has its own sauna and bathroom, as well as a small terrace. The apartment's fireplace is made of soapstone. The nearest ski slope and lift are 2 km away at Koillisrinne. There is a heated parking space for the car, which can be turned on from inside the apartment. The parking space accommodates the car and a snowmobile trailer, and it provides easy access to the snowmobile trail. Please note that in this destination, check-out time is 11.00 on the departure day.
