The two-storey log chalet 1994, on the ground floor a large kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed and a cot, bathroom, dressing room, sauna, separate toilet and a terrace. Upstairs there is a lounge, a bedroom with 3 beds, a bedroom with 3 beds and, a small bedroom with 2 beds and a balcony. Child equipment: safety gates at the bottom and top of the stairs, potty, bath. The guests can charge an electric car at the cottage, price 20€ per charge. An iconic ”Kelo” log cabin in the peace of nature, in the Palovaara area of %E2%80%8B%E2%80%8BYlläsjärvi. The location offers a comfortable setting for enjoying Lapland's nature. Originally built in 1990 using a traditional technique from full sized kelo logs, this cabin has been fully renovated between 2019-2025. The heart of the cottage is a warm living room equipped with an enchanting soapstone fireplace. This air conditioned cottage has a modern well-equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, Bluetooth audio and wi-fi with fast 5G connection. Charging of an electric car (3.6kw/h) possible. The cottage is equipped with a very efficient air source heat pump for cooling and heating: Toshiba Arctic Wood. The cottage also has mechanical ventilation. There is plenty of accommodation. One bedroom with a double bed and a 80 cm wide loft bed complement. The second bedroom has a double bed, and a sound- and light-insulating acoustic curtain provides privacy (the room does not have a door). In addition, there are four mattresses in the loft (14 m²), which provide comfortable sleeping places. The cottage has an electric sauna, separate washroom, toilet and practical storage. Kärkimökki 90 m², named after its location, is a cozy and well-equipped log cabin. 37 km to the north from Hämeenlinna, lake Iso-Roine 15 m (length 8 km, width 2 km), rocky beach, not suitable for small children, pier. A natural trail leads to the pier at the tip of the cape. You can swim from the pier (there is a swimming ladder). Due to the rocky bottom, access for swimming from the beach is a bit challenging. 100 m away in the marina, there is own rowing boat and 200 m away, shallow child-friendly sand beach shared with other cabins in the area. The rowing boat is stored on the marina due to the rockiness of the beach. Log cabin 1994, living room / kitchen with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each (one downstairs, another upstairs), sleeping loft with spreadable sofa bed, wood-heated sauna, washroom (WC), covered porch, balcony. This log cottage by the small Lake Ylä-Valkeinen in Välikoski area in Sotkamo was completed in 1993. Floor area 120 m². Combined living room & kitchen, with sofa bed for 1-2 person, loft with two bedrooms, both with 2 beds + sofa bed for 1-2 persons. Sauna (electric heating), washroom, dressing rom, toilet. Porch. Camp fire place. Charcoal grill on the terrace (guest brings charcoal and ignition fluid). Air source heat pump.

Kärppälä is a rental cottage well suited for a peaceful family vacation. A shed is also available during the summer. The cabin's maximum occupancy is six people. 78 km north of Savonlinna, Lake Vuokalanjärvi 25 m (length 20 km, width 1.5 km), hard sandy bottom, deepens fairly quickly, large land pier with plenty of space for lounging, rowing boat and two SUP boards in use. Log cabin 2003, sauna renovated 2013, kitchenette, sofa bed for two in the living room, double bed in the bedroom, covered porch with gas grill. Separate sauna building, wood stove and shower in the sauna, sofa bed for two in the sauna room, large covered and partially glazed terrace. During the summer, there is also a sleeping shed with a sofa bed for two and a fridge. NOTE! In this destination, reservations only end at 17:00 on the day of departure, so even on the last day there is plenty of time for vacations. NOTE! Contrary to the photos there is only 1 television set at the cottage. There isn't any tv in the sleeping shed.

The manor villa is located in Oravi, on the shore of Lake Haukivesi. It offers a peaceful location with a private beach, a pier, a small sand beach, and a lakeside sauna. There is a shared activity area with the neighboring villa, where you can play games like badminton. The lakeside sauna is available for use between May 1st and October 15th. At the beach, there is a hot tub that guests can use throughout the year. Next to the hot tub, there is also a campfire site and a fish-cleaning table. 46 km to the northwest from Savonlinna, Lake Saimaa 50 m, hard gravel bottomed, and gently sloping beach. Own pier and rowing boat. High-quality wood villa, built in 2008, features a spacious living room/kitchen on the ground floor, three bedrooms with two beds in each, a utility room/dressing room, a bathroom with two showers, an electric sauna, a separate shower room, and two separate WCs. Living room with sofa bed, living room/kitchen, bedroom with two 90 cm wide beds, electric sauna, shower, separate WC, air source heat pump (for cooling), high-speed wired internet connection. Note! There is not a normal Antenna TV. There is a "streaming center" where you can watch eg. Netflix (if you have Netflix contract). Partially covered terrace with wooden furniture. There is a communal a wood heated 35 m² lakeside sauna with a lounge area. The lakeside sauna is for shared use with all apartments in the area and for both men and women simultaneously (it's not possible to book the sauna for private use). During winter time there is no running water and the water has to be carried to the sauna.
