Kevinlevi is a spacious cabin in a peaceful area. An illuminated ski trail runs right next to the house. There is a park forest on the other side of the cabin. 170 km to the north from Rovaniemi, in the Levi tourist center, in Kalliorakka district. A wooden cabin, the kitchen, utility room, toilet and sauna facilities have been completely renovated in the fall of 2024, the cabin was built in 1989. On the ground floor living room/kitchen, bedroom with two beds, another bedroom with double bed (2 beds made into a double bed with common mattress pad). Sauna, washroom and separate toilet, as well as a utility room with a toilet seat. On the upper floor large room with 3 single beds and 2 single beds (width 120 cm), another bedroom with double bed (2 beds made into a double bed), WC also upstairs. A covered terrace and a ski maintenance room with a table and stand and an old iron that can be used to lubricate the skis, there is no heating in the space. Car parking 10 m. Access to the cabin is via short stairs. The nearest ski slope is Eturinne located in Levi Center 1,8 km. The illuminated ski track is located nearby (on the other side of the road, distance is about 100 m). Neighboring cabin 15337. There is a park area on the other side of the cabin, so there are no neighbors on that side.

In a beautiful location on the shore of Lake Kiantajärvi in Sotkamo (50 m), a separate logcabin and separate sauna (built 2023). The area of the main house is 62 m², with a spacious kitchen/living room with large windows overlooking the lake and the forest landscape. Dining set for 6 in the kitchen. Two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobes. In the second bedroom, separate beds for 2. The living room has a sofa bed for 1-2 guests. Shower/toilet, washing machine and drying rack in the washroom. Entrance hall with wardrobes, access from the back to a large terrace with garden furniture and a grill available in the summer. In the main cabin, underfloor heating, air-to-air heat pump and ventilation unit. The sauna is located in a separate building, surface area 30 m², where in the same connection there is also a sauna room with a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink), a sofa bed for 1-2 guests in the sauna room. Sauna with Harvia tower electric stove, shower. Sauna building available all year round - running hot and cold water and heating with floorheating and electric radiators. A steep slope to the beach with stairs and a railing (no winter maintenance). The beach is rocky, recommend swimming shoes. The cabin is available from 4 p.m. until 12 p.m. on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings. Pets allowed at extra fee, which is charged per pet. Final cleaning is included in the price. Linens (sheets and towels) can be rented in advance for an additional fee. Charging the electric car must be agreed in advance with the cottage owner.

170 km north of Rovaniemi, in Levi in Sirkka area near the center. Semi-detached log cottage built in 1990. The apartment's washroom and sauna renovated in 2011, the kitchen renovated 2012. Downstairs 77 m², the upper floor 20 m². Combined living room/kitchen, downstairs 2 bedrooms, both with 2 beds, upstairs open loft has 2 single beds and a bunk bed (bottom bed 120 cm wide).
