The river beach is in a natural state and is not suitable for swimming. Living room/kitchen and electric sauna.

De oever ligt op het zuiden, de afstand tot de andere oever is 1 km. De sauna aan het meer is alleen in de zomer in gebruik. Goede viswateren. Roeiboot, reddingsvesten voor 4 personen. Indien huisdieren mee: max 2 toegestaan. Afstand tot natuurgebieden Kuusamo, zoals Karhunkierros wandelroute, Kiutaköngäs en Jyrävä watervallen 20 km. Ruka resort 17 km, Kuusamo luchthaven 45 km. A spacious and homely apartment in a detached log house built in 2005. Downstairs there is a large sitting room with a very well equipped kitchen, big dining table, corner sofa with TV and fireplace. Two bedrooms, one with 180 cm double bed, the other with two 80 cm single beds side by side. Electric sauna, washroom with two showers, separate toilet, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The spacious loft accommodates a toilet with a hydromassage shower cabinet, two sleeping areas with a 140 cm double bed and two single beds, a cosy corner with two sofas and TV, plus a group of two armchairs and a table. The apartment has good storage for clothing both downstairs and upstairs. The outdoor building (shared with B apartment) has facilities for storing and caring for skis, sledges for children, 3 kicksleds and firewood.

40 km north of Kolari, lake Äkäslompolo 1,5 km, swimming beach 3 km. Log semi-detached house apartment 2005. Livingroom/kitchen, bedroom: 2 beds, sauna (electric), washing room, shower, separate toilet, tumble dryer. Spacious loft with 3 beds (can be separated with courtains as 2+1). Pets are not allowed, but owner's own dog visits the cabin from time to time, so it is not suitable for people with allergies.

Log cabin built in 1994, kitchen, living-room, downstairs 1 bedroom with double bed, upstairs/sleeping loft with 2 double beds (160 cm and 140 cm wide), 1 bed (80 cm). Wood-fired sauna with bathroom. A grill hut in the yard (available in summer).

Wooden chalet 2005, living room/ kitchen convertible sofa/bed for two, bedroom 2 beds, dressing room, washroom, sauna (both wood-burning and elec. stove), open porch, upstairs 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, lobby.

Kivilahti is situated in a tranquil spot on the shore of a fish-filled lake. The cabin accommodates up to 4 people in sleeping arrangements and is situated 50 m from the lake. In the yard, located 20 m from the lakeshore, there is a log-built lakeside sauna with a loft that has two additional sleeping spaces. The lakeside sauna is also suitable for year-round use and has its own small kitchen and living area. There's a campfire site by the shore with a view of the lake. The cabin is also well-suited for those who enjoy kayaking, as Wanha Witonen canoeing route passes right in front of the house. 66 km to the southwest from Jyväskylä, by lake Lahnajärvi, with a shallow, sand bottom by the shore, own pier, and a rowing boat. The wooden cabin 89 m² (built in 2017), with a lakeside sauna 25 m². Inside the cabin, there's an open living room, dining area, and kitchen. There are two bedrooms: one double motorized bed, and the other with a bunk bed, where the lower bed is 130x200 cm and the upper bed is 80x200 cm. The bathroom has a shower, WC, and a hydro-massage bath. Spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The lakeside sauna has a steam room with a wood-burning sauna stove and a shower. In the fireplace room, there's a small kitchen and a sleeping space for two in the loft (mattresses on the floor). Steep stairs from the fireplace room to the loft. The fireplace room is also equipped with an air source heat pump for heating and cooling.

Separate holiday villa, completed in 2022, in a quiet location by the lake Nuasjärvi (100 m), near the Vuokatti tourist center, 6 km from Vuokatti. The total area of the villa is 70 m², on one floor. Spacious and bright living room/kitchen, dining set for 6-7 people. Two bedrooms with sliding doors, with double beds and wardrobes. Access from the living room to a spacious covered terrace with furniture and gas grill in the summer. In the living room there are one sofa bed (120 cm) and a folding extra bed (80 x 200 cm). A separate WC, shower and sauna with a twinkling starlight and a Harvia-brand pilar-style electric sauna stove provide atmospheric baths. Fireplace in the living room, kitchen equipment: airfryer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. The separate sauna building is free to use during the summer from June 1 to 31.8. There are some buildings in the yard area, which are not available for the tenants. Doghouse and running cable for pets (not for winter use). Wall outlet for preheating the car, extension cord available. You can also charge an electric car (there is no official charging point). Note in a different agreement, the possibility to rent the object also for a longer period. Children's equipment, including child safety gate on the stairs, travel cot, high chair for a baby and a potty.

Charging an electric car or a hybrid car at this site is NOT ALLOWED, as the ground heat engine at the site may be damaged if there is an electrical overload. 53 km to the south from Rovaniemi, lake Särkikämä 25 m (length 4 km, width 2 km), shallow beach, hard sanded bottom, large pier, own rowing boat and electric outboard motor. Log cabin, built in 2020. Living room, kitchenette and dining area, 3 bedrooms, all with 2 beds, washroom/WC and large covered terrace. Lakeside sauna (32 m²) with steam room, washroom (2 showers) and dressing room. Kitchenette with kitchen sink, fridge, hotplates and coffee maker in the dressing room. There is also a covered porch (30 m²) with fireplace and hot tub and open terrace at the lakeside sauna. Please order the hot tub for extra fee from the owner latest 3 days before arrival. The owner will guide you in using the hot tub and will charge a usage fee on site (1-3 days € 150 and 4-7 days € 200 in 2025). The hot tub is oil heated and automated. The thermostat keeps the water evenly warm. Campfire site and outdoor oven. Wifi (4 G)

Wood cottage 1962, renovated 2005 (washroom), living room, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bed room with 2 beds, alcove with 2 convertible sofas. Terrace and wood heated strand sauna.

Binnen:
38 km to the north from Jyväskylä, lake Nurmijärvi - 20 m (length 3,6 km, width 600 m), shallow, hard sanded bottom, own pier and boat. Wooden cabin 1988, bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds, washroom, WC in washroom, sauna (electric sauna stove), glazed porch. Cooking hut with outdoor kitchen.
