Access from the living room to a spacious covered terrace with furniture and gas grill in the summer. In the living room there are two sofa beds (120 cm) and a folding extra bed (80 x 200 cm). A separate WC, shower and sauna with a twinkling starlight and a Harvia-brand pilar-style electric sauna stove provide atmospheric baths. The separate sauna building is free to use during the summer from June 1 to 31.8. There are some buildings in the yard area, which are not available for the tenants. Doghouse and running cable for pets (not for winter use). Wall outlet for preheating the car, extension cord available. You can also charge an electric car (there is no official charging point). From the ice of Nuasjärvi, there is a connection to the official snowmobile trail. The yard can accommodate several cars and trailers (e.g. for sledding). The nearest maintained ski trails are in Vuokatti (distance 5.5 km). Spa / golf approx. 8 km. Kajaani 30 km. The holiday apartment is for your use from 16.00 on the day of arrival and until 12.00 on the day of departure, also for the weekend bookings. Final cleaning is included in the price. Kiviniemi is a versatile holiday home in a beautiful location by a clear-water and fishy lake. The lake is on the west side, so the evening sun warms up in the best way. The thermostat keeps the water evenly warm. The owner guides you how to use the hot tub and charges a usage fee on site (weekend 150 €, week 200 € in 2023). Neighboring cabin on both sides, distance is about 30 m. Next door, Puuhamaa cabin 7806, which lakeside sauna's back wall is within 20-meter distance. However, there is still own peace in both cabins. Puuhamaa and Kiviniemi together offer comfortable accommodation for 16 people. You can order catering services from the owner. There is dog cage .
