Wooden cottage 2007,living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms double bed in one and single beds in another, sleeping loft (sloping ceilings, partly more than 160 cm high) 2 beds (80 and 120 cm wide), utility room/dressing room, washroom, sauna, hall, open porch. Plot partly in natural state, grass in front of cottage. Shore faces west, neighbours not visible. Near shore is volley ball/badminton court, children's sand box, garden swing. Crib and high chair for a baby available. Owner rents eskimo canoe, bicycles and smoke sauna (note: not possible rent the outboard motor!). Horse riding opportunities 10 km, Karttula 9 km, Eerikkala Golf 23 km. On arrival of the customer the owner requires a key deposit of 100 euros . This key deposit will be returned to the customer on the day of departure once the owner has checked the cottage. If final cleaning is ordered on site, the price is €100.

175 km north of Rovaniemi, located in Levi Tourist Centre in area Isorakka. Silverlog end apartment in a small row house, built in 1999, renovated in 2009. Living room with couch, kitchenette, loft with double bed and two twin beds, sauna, washroom, small porch. Cozy and nicely furnished log apartment at the end of the row house. The apartment makes a perfect holiday home for a couple or small family. Cross-country skiing tracks start around the corner and Skibus running close by takes you easily to enjoy the slopes of Levi. Beautiful forest view opens up from the living room and kitchen windows and the peaceful location ensures amazing holidays all year round. It it not allowed to bring hot tub on the plot. Please notice that charging electric car is not allowed.

22 km to the northeast from Iisalmi, river Matkusjoki 40 m, shallow, rocky grassy beach, no pier. Public sandy beach nearby with good possibility to swim. Log panel faced cabin 2012, living room/kitchen, a living room with heat reserving fireplace, bedroom 1 double bed, bedroom 2 two beds, WC with shower. Sauna, washroom and a separate dressing room with own entrance. On the large terrace, there is a wood heated hot tub included in the price in case when customer carries out heating by itself (heating of hot tub takes three hours). Heating of hot tub and sauna can be ordered from the owner for extra fee / pre-order before arrival in the cabin. Payment of heating should be paid in cash straight to the owner. The cabin is located on Matkusjoki shore near bridge of Aittokoski. The cabin is located near camping and training center Hombu. The plot is a gently sloping and the yard is gravel-coated, from the terrace there is grassy slope to the shore. Campfire next to the cabin. Interior decor of cabin is modern. There is a video projector in the cabin. The spacious sauna has been built with the idea of traditional sauna. Access to the sauna from terrace. There is no own pier in cabin. Public, municipality owned beach next to the plot. On the public beach, there are good swimming beach and pier. There are three canoes available. Different sizes of life jackets available. There are good kayaking routes and fishing opportunities with a state fishing license on the area. Distances: Iisalmi 25 km, Kajaani 75 km, Kuopio 105 km, Tahko 71 km. Air source heat pump (with cooling function). Ceramic hob and separate electric oven. A wood burning stove is not in use. Wi-fi enabled. A work desk, 2 chairs and desk lamp available on prior request. Please mention this when booking and the owner puts it ready. For alternative summer use only: A sleeping outbuilding 2010 (10 m²) with double bed, electric light and heating. Maximum amount of persons in the place is 6 persons. Woodshed, storage, garbage shed, outdoor toilet (also an indoor toilet in the cottage). Warehouses and garage are only for the owner's own use. Summer kitchen with fish smoking box. Grill kitchen with wood-burning stove and water faucet (hot and cold water), electric light, grill/dining canopy, electric stove, microwave oven, fridge and wood/ charcoal grill. A boathouse and fish cleaning place. Smoke sauna for a extra price (running cold water from a well). Heating of the smoke sauna must be agreed separately with owner. The smoke sauna is a great experience that we can warmly recommend. A beautiful, diverse complex on the southern shore of Lake Ahveninen, where the day and evening sun shines. The warm and bright log villa is located on a hillside and is surrounded by a cozy, large courtyard area, a lawn area on the beach. Perch is a fishy lake, e.g. pike-perch, pike and perch. Downstairs: living room/kitchen with sofa bed, dressing room, sauna, open veranda. Upstairs: bedroom with one double bed and 2 single beds and crib, lobby with 3 beds, balcony. Grassy yard. Barbecue shelter on the shore: Wood and charcoal grill%3B client brings charcoal for the barbecue by himself. Good outdoor recreation and fishing opportunities, as well as mushroom and berry forests nearby. There are well-maintained hiking trails in Soini -town, of which "Arpainen" is also suitable for mountain biking. Snowmobile trails also run about 7 km away. Log paneled cabin, built in 1997. Living room / kitchen with two sofa beds, upstairs a double bed and two single beds (beds are 1 m wide), steep stairs to the loft, washroom / toilet, covered terrace and balcony. Lakeside sauna with steam room, dressing room and a terrace. The sauna has an electric light. Water can be pumped from the lake in summer, at other times the water must be carried with a bucket or transported by a sleigh from the cabin (35 m). There is no indoor sauna in the cabin. Campfire site by the lake. The fireeood available to the customer are in front of the warehouse. If the trees run out, the customer must purchase more himself. Pets are allowed, but please add final cleaning to your reservation if you have a pet with you. Lake Raanujärvi is great for fishing enthusiasts. Fish species in the lake: pike perch, pike and perch.
