Kitchen, living room with two sofa bed for 2 persons (140 cm wide), one bedroom with two 80 cm bed. Shower/wc, sauna (wooden heated), terrace. Car shelter wiha heating pug for a car. Extra: Row boat and motor boat if needed (at extra costs). Fishing equipments for use. Two beach: rocky where the boat located and other with nice sandy beach for swimming. Ski trails are available by week 8. Kajaani 30 km, Sotkamo 16 km. Vuokatti ski slope 9 km, cross country track 50 m (lenght 4 km, week 8-->). Beach 90 m. Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay. Final cleaning and linen not included in price.

Water in lake Kotkajärvi is clear and clean. Two building complex in a nice location. Log cabin 75 m²: on the ground floor living room, living room/kitchen, bedroom (120 cm wide bed), electric sauna, shower, separate WC. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, both with two beds. Sofa bed in the lobby. For alternative extra beds there is two mattresses (80 cm x 200 cm). The stairs have child safety gates at both ends. Cottage has been renovated in 2022. Partly covered terrace, gas grill and play house in front of the cabin. An outdoor toilet (composting dry toilet) in addition to indoor toilet. On the shore of Sapsojärvi - on a beautiful promontory, there is a separate log cabin for vacationing and enjoying nature. The cottage was built in 1998, with a living space of 60 m2 + a loft. The living room kitchen has an atmospheric fireplace and dining set for 4-6 people, the living room has a sofa bed as an alternative bed for 1. Downstairs, a separate room with 2 x 80cm beds. 2 x 120 cm beds in the open loft. Access from the loft to the balcony with a view of the stream and the boathouse. In connection with the cabin, a wood-heated sauna, a shower (cabinet), and a separate toilet (access from the washroom and hall). Glazed terrace / porch, from where you can admire the scenery over Lake Sapsojärvi. There is a steep descent to the cottage's own beach, the beach is shallow for a long distance, soft in the deeper parts. On the beach, a natural sand beach. Matala beach is suitable for e.g. for children and water games. For swimming, we recommend the beach at the tip of the promontory (I followed the path for approx. 150 m), where there is a better shallow swimming spot with a sandy bottom. Note the buildings there are not used by tenants. A campfire site in the yard of the cottage. The cottage is at your disposal from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings. Pets are not allowed at the cabin, because the neighboring cabin (distance approx. 60 m) occasionally has residents and a dog, and we want complete cabin peace during everyone's vacation. There is little line of sight to the neighborhood from the yard area, there is no line of sight from the beach. Waste sorting (mixed and bio), as well as cardboard, glass and metal at the cottage. The side of the cottage's front yard is a body of water, a stream, access to the shore is stairs, the side of the stream is not suitable for swimming, deep and dredged so-called boat channel.
