45 km north-east of Ähtäri. Lake Jokijärvi 15 m (length 1,2 km, breadth 1 km), shallow water, firm sandy bottom. A pier and own boat. Log cabin 1988, interior renovation done in 2023. Downstairs: living room/kitchen with one bed, toilet-dressing room (access both indoors and outdoors), wood-heated sauna with shower, open veranda. Upstairs: bedroom with 4 beds, lobby with 3 beds, balcony. On the barbecue shelter there are charcoal grill and wood burned grill%3B client brings charcoal for the barbecue by himself.

65 km northeast of Kuopio, artificial pond 25 m (size 20 x 30 meters), the deepest point of the pond is 3 meters, deep shore, the water flows through the pond. Artificial pond and dock are shared with neighboring cottage 13344. In winter, there is possibility for ice dipping in artificial pond. Ice hole stays ice-free by sulabox-pump. Log cabin 1997, really big living room (approx. 60 sq m), in the center of the living room there is a barbeque area, another living room with bunk bed, 2 sofa beds %3D 4 extra beds, shallow upstairs sleeping alcove (avg. height 1.7 m) with a double bed, low loft ( avg. height 1.3 m) with a double bed. The washing room with toilet and two showers, also separate toilet, sauna (wood-burning stove). Terrace with a 7-person hot tub. Price includes one pre-heated use of the hot tub (1 heating and filling with water once, advance reservation at least 1 day before). Exchange of the water and additional heating costs 100 euro/extra time. The price includes also high-quality karaoke equipment. Planed log villa built in 2007-2008 (100 m²), with a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna. Situated approx. 270 km to the northwest from Helsinki, 22 km from Pori, in Onnenkoski, on the tranquil lake Haapijärvi. On the ground floor of the main building, there is a large living room/kitchen area with a high ceiling. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is plenty of space for a larger group to dine together. Two bedrooms, each with two beds (size 80 x 200 cm). In addition, there is an electric sauna and a bathroom with WC. The upper floor has a low but spacious loft with three beds at each end (a total of 6 beds, size 80 x 200 cm each). Please note that the villa is rented for a maximum of 8 people. There is a separate entrance with a vestibule. Access to the terrace from the living room/kitchen. The terrace has an L-shaped design and is entirely under a roof. On the terrace, you can find a dining area and a gas grill. On the beach, there is a separate sauna building with a wood-heated sauna stove, a washing room, a living area, and a loft. Terrace facing the lake. If needed, you can sleep in the loft of the sauna building (note the steep ladder). The living area has a sink and a workspace. The plot is coniferous forest terrain sloping gently towards the lake. The bottom of the lake near the shore is sandy and shallow, becoming softer farther out. There is a small pier with a swim ladder. There are a total of 4 villas on the shores of lake Haapijärvi (other properties 16679, 16696 & 16697), and they are all similar, with possible minor differences in equipment. However, the villas are situated so that each has its own beach and private yard.

38 km west of Jyväskylä. Lake Kirrinjärvi 30 m (length 2 km, breadth 700 m ), shallow water, firm sandy mud bottom. Own boat. Log cabin 1994, kitchen, living room, bedrooms with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, sleeping loft (steep stairs, 10 m², sloping ceilings, highest point 210 cm) with 2 mattresses, dressing room, washroom, sauna, open veranda. Tv is on the loft. NOTE: Bridge repair on Kirrintie between 16-27.9.24. The bridge is closed from 8 am to 11 am and from 12 pm to 3 pm, in drivable condition on weekends.

28 km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 3.2 km, Salmilampi pond 30 m, stairs to shore, deep sandy/rock bottom beach. Log cottage, built in 1985, bedrooms 1-2: both with 3 beds, bedroom 3: double bed, kitchen, electric sauna. Loft is not available to customers.

A charming log semi-detached house located near the Paljaka ski resort. Downstairs there is a kitchen, bedroom and washing facilities. The large loft sleeps a total of four. A fold-out bed and two 80cm frame beds. There is also an old TV and VHS player with cassettes, as well as a drawing corner for children. Pets allowed for an additional fee.

35 km north of Savonlinna. Lake Saimaa/Haukivesi 20 m, shallow water, hard bottom. Own boat. Log cabin 1983, kitchenette (renovated 2021), 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, living room with 1 bed, washroom, sauna (electric sauna stove), open veranda. Sauna and washroom renovated 2022.

60 km north of Savonlinna, L.Kaitajärvi 40 m (length 9 km, width 0.5 km), hard, gradually deepening, sanded clay bottom, dock and own boat. Wooden cottage 1984, partly renovated 2000, living room/kitchen extendable extra double bed, bedroom (8 m²) double bed, bedroom (10 m²) 2 beds, sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom with shower and WC, dressing room with drying cupboard, terrace. Roofed grill. Woodshed/storeroom. Wi-Fi, 4G, speed 20-30M. Note! There is a pet fee 25 euros. If you have a pet with you, then you can pay on the spot by cash.
