Kitchen-living room, one bedroom with two separate beds, roomy upstairs with ventilation window and standing height in the middle. Four separate beds upstairs, sauna (electric), bathroom/wc. Open porch, storage room (9 m²), ski tuning room (heater, ski rack and heated iron needed for ski tuning), two children's sleds. Flat-screen tv and another flat-screen tv upstairs. Idyllic Vääksy, the area's services centre, is situated only 10 km away, while it is no more than a 6-km journey to the naturally beautiful Pulkkilanharju, which is an 8-km long ridge-like esker looking like a bridge crossing L. Päijänne. Pätiälä manor is an old family home practising traditional agriculture and forestry. Three of Päijänne's bays thrust into the manorlands. The first mention of the estate dates back to the 1400s. Furthermore, the manor's lands have yielded a valuable Viking coin hoard from around the 1000s%3B this comprised 360 coins of various nationalities. Well decorated log cabin located close to all the services of Pyhätunturi area. 50 km north from Kemijärvi. Downstairs kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms%3B one with two separate beds, another with double bed 160 cm, washroom, sauna (electric stove), toilet. Upstairs has open loft with double bed (180 cm) and two separate beds 80 cm each and toilet. Dining table seats for 6 persons. Although pets are not allowed, cabin is not suitable for allergic person. Grill hut is only for private use, not for the customers. To ensure a smooth holiday, we always recommend ordering a final cleaning in advance. Note, it is not possible to order a final cleaning on the spot.

Huisje ligt aan het meer Kallunkijärvi met veel vis. Netvisvergunning voor het meer Kallunkijärvi is bij de prijs inbegrepen (let op, de beheerskosten voor het vissen moeten extra worden betaald). Extra uitrusting: Waterkoker. Roeiboot en 5 reddingsvesten. Extra informatie: Het strand is ondiep, 20-30 m vanaf de oever is het water 1,5 m diep. De oever is van zand en het meer vanaf het diepere gedeelte kleiachtig. De oever is uitstekend geschikt om te zwemmen voor kinderen. Andere afstanden: Oulanka Natuur Centrum/Kiutaköngäs rapid 9 km, Oulanka Nationaal Park / Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 18 km, Riisitunturi Fell 41 km. Cottage Kunnari is located in North Salla by the river Kuolajoki. Kemijärvi 96 km, Salla centre 34 km. Only 5 km "bird's eye view" of the Russian border. Kelloselkä International Border Station 15 km from the cottage towards the center of Salla. The River Kuolajoki is a 35 m wide backwater at the cottage, with a deep, soft mud bottom. From the pier you can swim well. Rowing boat in use. The location of the cottage is almost wilderness, very quiet. The sturdy log cabin was completed in 1996. Spacious living room with 2 extra beds (sofa beds), kitchenette, bakery oven. Upstairs bedroom with 3 beds, access via porch. The cottage has an electric sauna, washroom, dressing room and open porch. Also separate riverside sauna, wooden heated (10 m²) with fireplace room . There is no electricity in the sauna. Note: Pets allowed at extra fee, which is charged per reservation Plot well maintained, grassed. Special feature is own small 'island' with grill tepee. For hire from owner outboard motor and 2 snowmobiles (price agreed with the owner) also quided snowmobile safaris available. Good terraind for berry- and mushroom picking, also good possibilities for hunting and fishing. The cottage has two fishing traps and fishing nets. Fishing license for nets and for hook and line is obtained. distances: Salla centre (shops, restaurants, bus station) 34 km, Sallatunturi skiing centre 47 km, Kuojajoki river 40 m. In winter, 1.2 km along the ice road to the Salla-Savukoski road.

Accommodation for up to 4+8 persons with both sides of the cottage. Rowing boat in shared use with other half of the cottage. There are e.g. whitefish, perch and pike in the lake Kuontijärvi. Distances: Oulanka National Park/Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 27 km, Riisitunturi 34 km. Please note: Ladder that go to the loft are vertical. Child safety gate. Cottage is at the clients disposal from 18.00 (6 pm) on the day of arrival to 12.00 (12 noon) on the day of departure, also in weekend reservations.
