The extension part has dining area and kitchen, bedroom (15 m²) double bed and junior bed, another bedroom (15 m²) two beds, third bedroom (12 m²) two beds and bedroom/office room (12 m²) sofa bed for two. Indoor sauna with electric sauna stove, shower, separate WC, large terrace area. Lakeside sauna with wood-burning sauna stove, sofa bed (two alternative beds), TV, fridge and stove. 192 km north of Kajaani, Lake Tyräjärvi 30 m (length 12 km, width 4 km), shallow shore, rather soft moraine bottom, shore partly stony, jetty, own boat and outboard motor. The clients has to purchase fuel themselves for the outboard motor. Log and wooden board house, originally built during 1930s, last renovated 2004, living room/kitchen still has original log walls visible, walls in other rooms are covered. Large living room with convertible sofa/bed, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom, room with fireplace (convertible sofa/bed), WC, glazed "summer room" with electric light. Separate sleeping cabin (in summer use) with 1 bed and 3 mattresses, suitable for children. Lakeshore sauna building, with sauna itself (wood-burning stove) and dressing room. Grill house, with electric light and terrace. Outdoor hot tub, available at extra fee. Storm Paula in June 2021 fell a lot of trees from the yard, so the view of the lake and the neighbor is now wider than in the photos.

On the ground floor there is combined living room &%3B kitchen, bedroom1: with twin bed, sauna (electric heating), washroom, toilet. Upstairs is bedroom2: with twin bed and one bed. Loft with spread bunk beds for 1-3 persons. Separate sauna on the yard. Own beach and boat.

Wooden cottage 1952, renovated 2003, partly rebuilt 2008,kitchen, living room, dining room convertible sofa for 2 persons, bedroom 2 beds, 2 bedrooms upstairs, in one 1 bunk and 1 bed, in other 1 bunk and double bed, glazed porch. Sauna in separate yard building. Sauna has wooden stove, 2 showers and dressing room. Road to a few other cottages passes through yard.

1 km / 0.62 mi from Paljakka ski centre. Chalet of massive logs, built in 1989. Downstairs living room, kitchen and bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed and an attic with a sofa bed for two persons and a single bed. The sofa bed in the living room can be used as a spare bed. Sauna with adjoined washroom and separate WC. A cot and an infant high chair.Firewood includes in price. There is an extra TV upstairs, but it is not connected to the antenna network.

40km north of Kolari, timber built semi-detached house located in Myllylehto area in Äkäslompolo village, built in 2008. Kitchen, two bedrooms, one with double bed (160x200cm), one with two separate beds (90x200cm). Living room has retractable sofa bed for two (160x200cm) and is equipped for children. Additionally movable extra bed as an alternative extra bed (can be put in other bedroom). Electric heated sauna, bathroom/wc and a separate wc. Lockable ski storage and ski maintenance room.

Downstairs fireplace room with convertible sofa for 2 persons and karaoke equipment, utility room, shower room, electric sauna, terrace, second fridge / freezer, 2 drying cupboards for clothes, dryer for clothes and WC. Separate car carport for 2 cars and snowmobile shelter. Wireless internet in the cottage. If customer has a pet, we will charge a pet fee/pet which will be added to reservation. Note!
