The pier on the beach belongs to the neighbor, but the shoreline on the right side of the pier is used by Leinola. The holiday apartment is for your use from 16.00 on the day of arrival and until 12.00 on the day of departure, also for the weekend bookings. Suitable for couple's or e.g. two families' vacation in high-quality setting and in the middle of the most beautiful landscapes of Sotkamo (lake and hill landscapes, view over the lake towards Vuokatti ski slopes). The villa is only rented to families, couples and corporate customers, not to youth groups. During the winter, the municipality of Sotkamo maintains a ski trail on the ice of lake Sapsojärvi. This trail is connected to municipal ski trail networks as well as to Vuokatti ski trail network. Pets are allowed at extra fee, do not let%C2%B4s pets to the sofa or beds. Take along ownd sleeping place and food bowls. Bed linen and final cleaning can be booked for an additional fee.
