On the ground floor kitchen, bedroom with bunk bed (lower bed is 140 cm wide), sauna, washroom, separate WC and covered terrace. On the upper floor bedroom with 2 beds and bunk bed, the another bedroom with 2 beds and 2 bunk beds, balcony and WC. Car shelter and storage / wood shed. The cottage has undergone a surface renovation and the fireplace has been renovated into a reserving soapstone fireplace in the summer of 2023. Please note that the object's maximum number of people is 10, even though there are more beds. However, one or two children of school age or younger can be accommodated in addition to 10 people. The property is rented only to families, couples and other people who are spending a peaceful vacation. The property is not rented for parties or for groups of people under 25 years of age. On the ground floor, living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, sauna, washroom and separate WC. Spacious upper floor, separated into two compartments by using wardrobes as divider. 5 beds (2 of which are 120 cm wide) on the upper floor. In addition, warm storage, covered porch and balcony. Levilla is a spacious cabin within a nice distance of the Levi tourist center. The nearest ski slope is Eturinne located in Levi center 1,8 km. The illuminated ski track is situated nearby (on the other side of the road, distance is about 100 m). There is a park area in front of the cabin, so there are no neighbors on this side of the house.

On the top floor there are two bedrooms with two separate beds each. Top floor also has a separate toilet. Both floors has their own balcony. The entrance is via a spiral staircase on the second floor. The apartment is located in Levi Center close to everything. Restaurants, cafes, shops, rental shops, slopes, cross-country skiing tracks and outdoor trails can all be found within few hundred meters from Levin Alppi. Levi Spa is only 500m away and Levi Golf can be reach by car within few minutes. The apartment is very functional and can nicely accommodate up to six people. Pets are not strictly forbidden. The location is excellent: only 600 m on foot to the center of Levi, where you can enjoy numerous restaurants, shops, and activities. By car, it's just a 1-km drive to the center, making it very convenient to move around the area. Ski trail and hiking route are right next door, making it easy and enjoyable to explore nature. In addition, a snowmobile route is close by, allowing those interested in snowmobiling to easily enjoy it. The beautiful scenery of lake Immeljärvi is approx. 400 m away. Pets are welcome, so you can bring your furry friend along to enjoy the holiday and outdoor activities in this beautiful environment. The ground floor of the apartment has a living area and a modern kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed. There's also a sauna and washroom/WC on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and two separate beds. The room is divided into two compartments by wardrobes. It also has a work desk and computer monitor. In the upper floor lobby, there are two separate beds. A child safety gate is at the top of the stairs. Small storage room is available. The apartment includes two TVs, one in the living room and another in the upper floor bedroom. Parking spaces and a wall outlet for heating the car are right in front of the door. There's space for multiple cars. In the yard, by a small river, there is a cooking hut for guests. Please note, that the hut is shared with the other cabins in the area. The nearest ski slope, Front slope (Eturinne), is only 1.2 km away, so you can easily enjoy the snowy and diverse slopes.
