Planed log villa built in 2007-2008 (100 m²), with a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna. Situated approx. 270 km to the northwest from Helsinki, 22 km from Pori, in Onnenkoski, on the tranquil lake Haapijärvi. There are a total of 4 villas on the shores of lake Haapijärvi (other properties 16695, 16696 & 16697), and they are all similar, with possible minor differences in equipment. However, the villas are situated so that each has its own beach and private yard. On the ground floor of the main building, there is a large living room/kitchen area with a high ceiling. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is plenty of space for a larger group to dine together. Two bedrooms, each with two beds (size 80 x 200 cm). In addition, there is an electric sauna and a bathroom with WC. The upper floor has a low but spacious loft with three beds at each end (a total of 6 beds, size 80 x 200 cm each). Please note that the villa is rented for a maximum of 8 people. There is a separate entrance with a vestibule. Access to the terrace from the living room/kitchen. The terrace has an L-shaped design and is entirely under a roof. On the terrace, you can find a dining area and a gas grill. On the beach, there is a separate sauna building with a wood-heated sauna stove, a washing room, a living area, and a loft. Terrace facing the lake. If needed, you can sleep in the loft of the sauna building (note the steep ladder). The living area has a sink and a workspace. The plot is coniferous forest terrain sloping gently towards the lake. The bottom of the lake near the shore is sandy and shallow, becoming softer farther out. There is a small pier with a swim ladder. An air-source heat pump that only operates for heating but not for cooling. A rowing boat is available for the guests. Lake Haapijärvi is rich in fish. The Onnenkoski / Lampinkoski hiking trail is just a stone's throw away from the destination. Lampinkoski lean-to shelter is located on the other side of the highway. Walk a short distance on Råforsin metsätie road until you will see a sign for the lean-to shelter. The rocky hill is only a few hundred meters from the parking area, but you can also hike from here to Poikeljärvi and back, making the total length of the trail about 10 km. The lean-to shelter is about half a kilometer from Onnenkoski café, and if you continue the hiking trail in that direction, you will arrive at Pahamäki, approx. 5 km away. Located 62 km north of Tampere, 30 m from Lake Näsijärvi, rapidly deepening sandy beach, own rowing boat (rent includes a 2.5 hp outboard motor), a pier, and a spacious terrace by the lake. The log villa, built in 2006, features a spacious living room, dining area, and combined living room/kitchen. There are three bedrooms, each with two beds. Additionally, the living room includes a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) that can accommodate two more guests. The villa also includes a separate WC, sauna (electric sauna stove), washroom with two showers, and combined dressing/utility room with access to a terrace. At the other end of the villa, a separate glazed terrace leads to a larger outdoor terrace. The villa is ideal for remote work and is equipped with a fiber-optic connection, Wi-Fi modem, and a large 42" TV. The only neighbor is 30 m away, the owner's other cabin, 17313 Näsinneito. The cottage is located in a cottage village, so please remember to observe silence between 10 pm and 7 am to guarantee peace with the neighbors. Final cleaning will be always added to bookings. Bed linen are available for rent. NOT pets allowed.

Iso-Ylläs skiarea 2,5 km. Grocery shop Eelin Kauppa 2,5 km. Final cleaning fee is added to all reservations. Bed linen available on order. The distance to Koli is 50 km. There is 80 metres to the beachsauna which clients can rent from the owner during the summertime. The closest neighbour is in 1 km distance. There is a hut in 1 km distance and there is possibility to use it throughout the year according to agreement. There is pike perch, pikes, burbots and perchs in the Välivesi lake. The owner can borrow nets and rubber boat. There are 2 bicycles available for clients. Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
