There is open sleeping loft where 120 cm wide bed, 2 x 80 cm wide beds side by side, a junior bed and a cot. A balcony. The maximum number of people may be exceeded by one child sleeping in cot or junior bed.

92 km north of Tampere, L.Vermasjärvi 30 m (length 3 km, width 800 m), shallow, hard sanded clay bottom, own boat. Log cottage 2004, kitchen, living room 2 extra beds, 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, washroom, dressing room, sauna (elec. stove), 2 x open porch. The cottage has a ventilation unit with heat recovery and an air-source heat pump for cooling.

Log cabin 1996, living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, upstairs: There are three single beds and one spare bed, washroom, dressing room, sauna, open veranda, bedroom with 4 beds, balcony. Separate lakeside sauna. Air sour pump. TV also in bedroom. Excavation work will be carried out in the yard in the spring 2026. Part of the yard's lawn is restricted from use due to lawn seeding.
