65 km north-east of Kuopio, L.Syväri 200 m, without own shore, public semitached shore 1.5 km, no boat. In Nipastahko area 5 km from Tahko%C2%B4s ski center situated semi-detached villa. Two-storey log chalet built up 2006. In downstairs roomy living room/kitchen, 1 bedrooms with 2 separate beds, sauna (electric stove), washroom (2 showers), 2* WC and open porch. In Upstairs 2 bed rooms, other with double bed, other with 2 separate beds and 1 extra bed, own balcony in each. 1 mattress which is stored under the stairs. In upstairs separate WC. Villa is best suited for a family or 3 couples. Not for groups of young persons under 25 years of age!

Neat cottage near by all the services at Pyhätunturi centre (3 km). 45 km north of Kemijärvi. Log cabin built in 1988. Kitchen alcove, living room, bedroom with double bed, low loft with two double beds, washroom, sauna (elec. stove), open porch. To ensure a smooth holiday, we always recommend ordering a final cleaning in advance. Note. If you have a pet you need to add pet fee for booking. If final cleaning has not been ordered and has not been done properly by the customer, the final cleaning fee will be charged double in arrears.

20 km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 7 km, Mustalampi pond 50 m, shallow sandy bottom beach, pier. Length of the beach is about 60 m and it's in shared use with 3 other cottages. Rowing boat, 2 canoes and pedal boat in shared use. Log cottage, built in 1988. 2 bedrooms: one with double bed, another with 2 beds. Loft: 1 bed + 6 mattresses, combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna. Downstairs 96 m², loft 35 m². Pets allowed at extra fee.

Lintukoto is located in a small and cozy cabin area of Mustalampi. The place is perfect for active couples, since outdoor trails and the captivating nature of Kuusamo are right outside the front door. There is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in the cabin. In addition, there is an extra bed for one guest. Living room/kitchen and electric sauna. 20 km to the north from Kuusamo, Ruka 7 km, pond Mustalampi 100 m. Wooden cabin built in 1990 and extended in 2012. Completely renovated inside in 2022.

55 km north of Helsinki, river Mustijoki 30 m (width 20 m in front of villa), deep, soft clay bottom, in the end of pier deep bottom, boat, electric outboard motor. 2-storey stone-built villa 2004, on the ground floor kitchen, large living room (fireplace), library room with 2 beds, room with hydro massage bath, sauna (electric stove), washroom (2 showers), dressing room, toilet. From sauna exit to the terrace, entrance hall. Upstairs lounge (with sofa bed), master bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with 4 beds and children's bunk bed, toilet, balcony. Separate lakeshore sauna (25 m²), dressing room (with sofa-bed and small kitchenette), shower room, steam room (wood-burning stove), loft room with mattresses (suitable mainly for children, steep stairs that need to be opened), large terrace areas. On the sauna's terrace there is for rent a hydro massage bath outdoors (can be used whole year). The rent is 110 € / booking period. If you want to book the hydro massage bath, please book additional service Hot tub. High-speed Internet access (100 MB), 5 TV's, video projector, karaoke equipment, home theater, about 200 dvd:s (most in english), piano, play equipment and trampoline in the yard.

Binnen:
Cozy log cabin by a clear-watered lake Iso-Roine. 37 km to the north from Hämeenlinna, lake Iso-Roine 20 m (length 8 km, width 2 km), rocky bottom, pier. There are steep stairs starting in front of the cabin to the pier. Nature trail to the pier, where you can go swimming by stairs. Not children-friendly shore. Due to the rocky bottom, access for swimming from the beach is a bit challenging. 200 m to a fine common children-friendly sand beach (shared with neighboring cabins). The marina, where you can find a rowing boat belonging to the cabin, is 100 meters away. The rowing boat is stored in the harbor due to the rockiness of the beach. A little further from the harbor, you can get a shortcut to the meadow area, where are opportunities for many kinds of activities. Log cabin 2006, living room / kitchen with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each (one downstairs, another upstairs), sleeping loft with 4 beds, wood-heated sauna, washroom, toilet downstairs and upstairs, covered porch. There is direct access from the sauna to the porch for cooling, the porch has a round log-made table group. The cabin does not have sun loungers. A charger for an electric car is available for an additional fee (in common use with the Lakka, Puolukka and Varpu cabins). Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also weekend reservations). Please note that there may be weak network connections in the area.

80 km north of Kajaani, Lake Kalliojärvi 100 m (length 3 km, width 500 m), rather deep, hard moraine bottom, own boat, public swimming beach 300 m. Wooden cottage 1990, 58 m² + 40 m², cooking corner, living room, 2 bedrooms double bed in each, sleeping loft 4 beds, second loft with 2 beds (ladder to this loft). Washroom, sauna (electric stove), open porch. Lakeshore sauna (6 m²), in use only during summer (June - September).

11 km ten noorden van Kuusamo, 30 m tot het meer Nissinjärvi (lengte 4 km, breedte 400 m), ondiep meer met harde zandbodem, pier, eigen boot. Huisje is gebouwd 2007, gelegen tussen Ruka en Kuusamo. Keuken, 2 slaapkamers, een met een tweepersoonsbed, een met een stapelbed, 2 extra bedden boven, open veranda zowel boven als beneden. Een specifieke (electr. verwarming) sauna op het strand (20 m²) met loungeruimte. Een stijlvolle 2007 gebouwde hut met privacy, maar toch dicht bij voorzieningen in Ruka en Kuusamo. Het meer is goed om te vissen, de huurprijs is inclusief 5 vergunningen voor het vissen met netten (klant moet eigen visnetten meenemen). Een goede toegang tot de sneeuwscooter route. Reserveringen beginnen om 16.00 uur en eindigen om 12.00 uur (ook in het weekend boekingen). Wij raden u aan de eindschoonmaak te boeken.

Van Kuusamo 20 km naar het noorden, Ruka 8 km, het meer Ihtinkijärvi 25 m. Gebouwd in het jaar 2009, Kelo-log cottage. Oppervlakte van een kamer 194 m² waarvan een zolder 14 m². 2 slaapkamers, beide met een met een tweepersoonsbed. Een slaapkamer met twee bedden. Zolder (14 m²): futonmatras voor 2 personen en 2 matrassen. Gecombineerde keuken/woonkamer. Televisiekamer en elektrische sauna beneden. Ruime Kelo-log cottage is gelegen in een rustige plek, in de buurt van het meer Ihtinkijärvi, eigen oever. Roeiboot. Omgeven door sparrenbos. Cottage is geschikt voor gezinnen en bedrijven. Naar Ruka ongeveer 10 minuten rijden. Extra informatie: TV Sony 50" en DVD, Triple CD-radio met usb-poort, Playstation 2 met veel spelletjes, Wi-Fi (wachtwoorden liggen in het huisje), gasgrill. Eindschoonmaak inbegrepen in de prijs bij reservering na 8.1.2021. Reserveringen beginnen om 16.00 uur en eindigen om 12.00 uur (ook bij weekendboekingen).

15 km east of Mikkeli, Pond Pieni-Huhtilampi 20 m (length 500 m, width 150 m), soft, deep sanded mud bottom, own boat. Log building 1997, living room/ kitchen, washroom, sauna, terrace, veranda, upstairs (sloping ceilings, more than 1.6 m high floor area is about 20 m²) bedroom with double bed, alcove with 2 beds (through it to bedroom, folding door between). WiFi. Upstairs sleeping area with air conditioning to cool the sleeping area.
