Enjoy your stay in this beautiful kelo log villa built in 2006, in a peaceful Maahinen area in Äkäslompolo village. The villa has plenty of space even for two families or a holiday among relatives. The ground floor has two bedrooms with beds for two each and the loft has beds for four persons. Four beds on the upper floor are 90 cm wide and one is 120 cm wide (please note that cottage can be booked maximum for 8 persons). Both floors have own toilets. The upper floor is also equipped with a working space for remote work with electric table. Heated maintenance room next to the garage. The plug for the car heater is in the electrical cabinet. Please bring an extension cord. Smoking prohibited. Bed linen available for rent. High chair, potty and children's dishes available, there are baby gates at both ends of the stairs. Pets are allowed for an additional fee, max. 2 pets/reservation. Pets are allowed only in downstairs. In the yard dog enclosure 3 x 4 meters. Inside the enclosure Jämpt's dog kennel. Not suitable for dogs who like digging, the enclosure is not immersed in the ground.

Welcome to the newly built Merikataja cabin, located on the shore of the Bothnian Bay on a private lot of approximately one hectare. The building is divided into two separate sections, allowing for both private and common time to be arranged effortlessly. One section contains a living area, a fireplace, a modern kitchen, and a cozy bedroom with a double bed. In the other section, you can relax in the sauna or by the fireplace, and it can also be used for overnight stays if needed. The cabin features a full-width terrace with stunning westward views of the sea. Large sliding glass doors provide seamless access to the terrace and offer extensive sea views from inside as well. There is a swimming area at the shore, along with a boat and a canoe. During the summer, you can hike, mountain bike, or pick berries in the surrounding forests, while in winter, you can enjoy skiing and snowmobiling directly on the frozen sea. Other distances: The nearest small boat harbor is 3 km away. The area also offers a variety of activities, such as icebreaker cruises and nature safaris, organized by local service providers. Cottage has WC for disabled, doors are 90 cm wide, and porch has ramp. Cottage located in village with 6 other cottages (8031-8037). Cottages share shore and 2 jetties. Plots are level, rather steep slope to shore. The cottage is located in a cottage village, so please remember to observe silence between 10 pm and 7 am to guarantee peace with the neighbors. Construction work is being carried out in the area, which may cause occasional disturbances. Good fishing waters, owner rents out boat with outboard motor (15 hp), also outboard motor for rowing boat. Inquiries about extra boats have to be made direct with owner. 27 km south-west of Salo, the Gulf of Bothnia 50 m, shallow water, hard sand bottom, own boat. Wooden cabin 1999, living room/kitchen, bedroom with twinbed 120 cm, sleeping alcove with bunk bed, upstairs bedroom 1 bed (120 cm wide), open balcony with twin bed (160 cm). Dressing room, washing room, sauna (electric stove), terrace. Rental max for 6-8 person families. On the way to the cottage a short ferry trip. The cottage yard and the beach are ideal for children. Great sandy beach. Boat shore and garden swing in shared use with the neighbor cottage are located between this and neighbor cottage.

90 km west of Helsinki, lake Lohjanjärvi 60 m (largest lake in district Uusimaa, 10 x 10 km), shallow sanded gravel bottom, deeper clay, sturdy dock and rowing boat. Log cottage 2002, kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed, small bedroom with 1 bed, sauna (wood-burning stove), washing room (shower), dressing room, toilet, hallway and large partially-covered terrace spaces. Separate outbuilding accommodation possibility for 2 persons (electric heating, wood stove, hot plate and fridge). The outbuilding is located right next to the main cottage. In the woodshed there is a movable extra bed and a youth bed (for a child approx. 3-10 yrs old) which can be taken into use if necessary. There is a garage next to the outbuilding and it is in owner's own use (owner will not use it when the cottage is booked for customers). Cot %3D baby's travel bed is available for pre-order. The washing machine has integrated tumble dryer in it. A new kitchen stove has been bought 09 / 2017 (ceramic stove with a convection oven). Please, notice that there isn't television in this cabin. NOTE! It is NOT allowed to bring a ltrailer hot tub / hot tub on wheels with you. The cottage is located in island Jalassaari. There is a road connection to the island. There are two accommodation buildings so the place is suitable for customers who appreciate the possibility to accommodate in two separate buildings. Yard area is spacious and bright, upper part flat. There is a slope to the beach but there is good stairs to the beach. Lohjanjärvi is a clear watered lake and rich in fish. The nearest neighbor (distance 130 m, not within sight in the summer) is owned by the same family. In 200 m distance there is owner's second rental cottage, 13795 Ranta-Iivari. Cottage Metsä-Luosto is silver log built cosy and peaceful cottage and located in the walking distance from the services in Luosto. Location is peaceful by the pond Ahvenlampi. Cottage is suitable for meetings and family parties as well as for business use. There are 8 double bedrooms, additionally convertible sofas in three of these bedrooms. Kitchen, separate dining room, big living room, 4 toilets with shower. Drying cabinet in the hall. In the kitchen there are 2 big refridgerators, freezer and dishwasher. Electric heated, spacious (80 m²) lake-side sauna in the separate building, 3 showers and toilet. Metsä-Luosto is protected as a valuable building heritage site. Its old part was built in 1975. The model was the old forestry cabins, so the room distribution is in accordance with them. The goal of the design has been to combine a modest, nature-friendly exterior with the interiors of its time. The accommodation wing was built in the mid-1970s, and the beach sauna and outbuildings in the 1980s. The rooms in the accommodation wing do not have mechanical ventilation, only ventilation windows. To ensure good air quality, the customer should open the ventilation window whenever necessary. Charging an electric car is not permitted without agreeing on terms/additional fees with the owner. In Pyhä-Luosto area there are plenty of things to do (for example hiking, skiing) and also guided tours are available. There is no grill, but it is about 80 m to the common open shelter with campfire. Meal services available from the restaurants in the area, for example Restaurant Punakettu / Red Fox (www.punakettu.fi/en). The cabin can be reached by car during the whole year. Free Wlan interner access and 4K tv. ATTN. If you are planning to have party or other event please notice that the maximum number of persons is 19 and this can not be exceeded, not even temporarily. The cabin Metsäpirtti is located in a quiet location. It has a wonderful, peaceful lake view. The cabin is well-equipped and stylishly decorated. There are all the necessary amenities to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. On the glazed terrace you can work out on the treadmill, enjoy the beautiful landscape and relax in the hydro massage bath. The terrace has two air heat pumps that can be used for cooling in the summer or heating in the autumn. 97 km to the northeast from Tampere, lake Keurusselkä 30 m, shallow muddy lake from the shore that deepens quickly, own long pier, rowing boat.
