Wooden house, renovated 1995, living room/kitchen 2 beds, washing room (wc and shower), vestibule. Upstairs 6 beds in the loft (upstairs height only 1.7 m). Own separate sauna building in the yard (wood-fired), room with fireplace. There is no running water in the sauna, water has to be carried from the water point in main cottage's wall. The house is located in farm courtyard. Owner's farm is 150 m away. The Leipyöli farm is situated in peaceful, rural scene, surrounded by fields. In the owner's farm there is Highland Cattle, and meat can be bought from the farm. The farm also organizes family reunions, meetings and other events. Catering available on request. 45 km to the northeast from Iisalmi, Kiltua lake 40 m, sandy beach, pier, rowing boat. Wooden cabin 1991, bedroom 1: 2 beds and bunk bed 80x200 cm, bedroom 2: 2 beds, living room with fireplace in the TV corner, dining group for eight people, well-equipped kitchenette, sauna (electric sauna stove), washroom with shower and washing machine, terrace with a gas grill and garden furniture. Pets are allowed at an extra fee. If you have a pet with you, please choose the additional service "pet fee", according to the number of pets - thank you. A grassy plot with a view of Kiltua lake. There are good opportunities for hiking, fishing, picking berries, and hunting in the area. The charming Jyrkän Ruukki area is at a distance of 400 m with a summer restaurant/café (both open 1.5-30.9), a museum, and a summer theater. As an additional service, the owner organizes e.g. hunting-fishing-camping guided tours and rent-related equipment. A wheelbarrow can also be rented.

Log building 2000, kitchen, living room with convertible sofa, 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, dressing room, washroom, sauna, 2 x open porch. Hasanmäki downhill ski centre 35 km, horse riding 15 km. Outboard motor for hire. Owner gives instructions where to rent canoes.

Half of round log-built house by the lake Iijärvi, 15 km to the south from Kuusamo. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor. All bedrooms have 2 beds. The bedrooms on the upper floor also have own WC and shower. Living room/kitchen, electric sauna. 42 km distance to Ruka and 30 km distance to Hossa national park. Hotel Kuusamon Portti in the same yard. More information: There is a shared cooking hut and a smoke sauna on the beach of lake Iijärvi. Both are available for an extra fee, please ask prices from the owner. The nearest ski trail is made by the hotel and availability should be confirmed in advance by the owner. 38 km west of Jyväskylä. Lake Kirrinjärvi 20 m (lenght 2 km, breadth 700 m), shallow water, soft sanded mud bottom. Own boat. Log cabin 1992, kitchen, dining room, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, living room / sleeping loft (10 m², sloping ceilings, highest point 210 cm), two low-foot spring mattresses in the loft, dressing room, washroom, sauna, open veranda. 45 km north-east of Ähtäri. Lake Jokijärvi 15 m (lenght 1,2 km, breadth 1 km), shallow water, firm sand bottom. Pier and own boat. Log cabin 1987. Downstairs: living room/kitchen with one bed, toilet-dressing room, shower and sauna, open veranda. Access to the toilet-dressing room both indoors and outdoors. Upstairs: bedroom with 4 beds and a cot for baby, a hall with 3 beds, balcony. There is a small diswasher (one level only). Charcoal grill on the barbecue shelter%3B client brings charcoal for the barbecue by himself. Cottage has heating pump/inverter air conditioning system. Between cottage and lake a grassed area. Barbeque shelter (with charcoal grill) on the shore. Good opportunities for outdoor activities and fishing, as well as mushroom and berry forests nearby. There are well-maintained hiking trails in Soini, of which Arpainen is also well suited for mountain biking. Snowmobile trails are also about 7 km away. Separate log cottage (1997) in Vuokatti. Lake Nuasjärvi 40 m (length 30 km, width 5 km), shallow and deep shore, hard moraine/ sand, rocky bottom, own boat. Cottage living area 78 m², kitchen, livingroom, fireplace with baking oven, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with separate beds for two, shallow sleeping loft with 2 mattresses (steep steps to loft). Extra bed also in sofa (for 1-2 persons). Note: bed places max for 6 persons! Toilet, washroom/shower, dressing room, sauna (elec. stove), terrace. Neat cottage on shore of large waterway, opposite shore 5 km. Peaceful location, plot with large grassy area, shore boundary in a natural state. Vuokatti 3.5 km and Spa Katinkulta by boat 2 km, by road 6 km. Boat and outboard motor (2.5 hp) included in price. Nuasjärvi is well stocked with fish. Neighbouring cottage is 8104. Magnificent and spacious cabin in very peaceful location by the lake Keitele. The cabin has hydro massage bath and sauna in connection with washing facilities. Separate lakeside sauna on the beach with two extra beds in the summer. There is also a wood-heated hot tub and cooking hut on the beach. 122 km to the north from Jyväskylä, lake Keitele 30 m, shallow sand-bottomed beach with some stones and gravel, 2 own piers and rowing boat. Kelo-log cabin (2021). On the ground floor, living room / sauna facilities (electric sauna stove), shower, hydro massage bath, WC and washing machine with drying functionality. In the living room, there is sofa, fireplace, 70" TV. On the middle floor (entrance floor), bedroom (double bed), kitchen, WC. Balcony with terrace furniture and grill, nice view of the lake. On the upper floor, beds for five people, double bed, one 120 cm wide bed and two spring mattresses on the floor. Lakeside sauna with electric heating, fireplace, coffee maker, refrigerator, dining group, two beds (beds available between 1.5. and 30.9), wood-burning sauna stove (carried water). There is a cooking hut next to the sauna, and wood-heated hot tub on the beach closer to the cabin. Please note, heating hot tub takes longer time in autumn, winter and spring time. Not recommended to use the hot tub when it is significantly cold. Please, contact the owner if you need a help with heating up the hot tub. The user of the hot tube is responsible for any damages. Note! Smoke sauna in front of the hot tub is not available and not for the rent. Pets allowed, an extra fee will be applied, maximum two pets at a time. Bed linen can be rented. Electric car charging allowed for an additional fee (payment per holiday period). Flat and spacious lawn plot. The sun shines on the plot during the day and in the evening. Two SUP boards are available at the cabin. There are plenty of spaces for various plays and games in the yard. The height of the water surface of Lake Keitele varies during the summer and the range is approx. 80 cm, and the water level affects the conditions on the beach. The beach in front of the lakeside sauna is more child-friendly, while in front of the bigger pier there are more stones and the bottom is clay.
