38 km west of Jyväskylä. Lake Kirrinjärvi 20 m (lenght 2 km, breadth 700 m), shallow water, soft sanded mud bottom. Own boat. Log cabin 1992, kitchen, dining room, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, living room / sleeping loft (10 m², sloping ceilings, highest point 210 cm), two low-foot spring mattresses in the loft, dressing room, washroom, sauna, open veranda. Terrace extended in summer 2021. The cottage's new extanded terrace has a dining table for 6 people, as well as a covered barbecue area.

45 km north-east of Ähtäri. Lake Jokijärvi 15 m (lenght 1,2 km, breadth 1 km), shallow water, firm sand bottom. Pier and own boat. Log cabin 1987. Downstairs: living room/kitchen with one bed, toilet-dressing room, shower and sauna, open veranda. Access to the toilet-dressing room both indoors and outdoors. Upstairs: bedroom with 4 beds and a cot for baby, a hall with 3 beds, balcony. There is a small diswasher (one level only). Charcoal grill on the barbecue shelter%3B client brings charcoal for the barbecue by himself.

10 km ten noorden van Kuusamo, Ruka 18 km, Oivankijärvi meer 50 m, zandstrand, roeiboot. Houten twee-onder-een-kapwoning met zolder, bouwjaar 1990, slaapkamer 1: 2 bedden, slaapkamer 2: tweepersoonsbed, slaapkamer 3: stapelbed met gespreid onderbed, zolder (19 m², lage kamerhoogte, steile trap): 4 matrassen (in frames 1+1+2), woonkamer, keuken, elektrische sauna. Droogkast voor kleding gedeeld met een ander appartement in buitenruimte. Ingang vanaf veranda. Houten twee-onder-een-kap woning gelegen aan de zuidelijke oever van het meer Oivankijärvi. Het strand is zanderig en wordt vrij snel dieper. Daarom is het niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Extra uitrusting: Kinderhekje boven. Babybedje is zonder deken en bedlinnen. Strijkijzer en strijkplank. Extra informatie: Mäntylä ligt naast vakantiehuis Harjula (9202). Grill hut bij het meer (niet in de winter in gebruik). Strand en grill hut is in gemeenschappelijk gebruik van de huisjes Mäntylä en Harjula. Sauna bij het meer is voor privé gebruik. Afstand tot de officiële skipiste is 4 km. Er kan ook een skibaan zijn op ongeveer 200 m van het huisje. Andere afstanden: Oulanka National Park/Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 25km, Riisitunturi National Park 40km, spa Holiday Club Kuusamon Tropiikki, Angry Birds Activity Park en Kuusamo Golf 5 km. Magnificent and spacious cabin in very peaceful location by the lake Keitele. The cabin has hydro massage bath and sauna in connection with washing facilities. Separate lakeside sauna on the beach with two extra beds in the summer. There is also a wood-heated hot tub and cooking hut on the beach. 122 km to the north from Jyväskylä, lake Keitele 30 m, shallow sand-bottomed beach with some stones and gravel, 2 own piers and rowing boat. Kelo-log cabin (2021). On the ground floor, living room / sauna facilities (electric sauna stove), shower, hydro massage bath, WC and washing machine with drying functionality. In the living room, there is sofa, fireplace, 70" TV. On the middle floor (entrance floor), bedroom (double bed), kitchen, WC. Balcony with terrace furniture and grill, nice view of the lake. On the upper floor, beds for five people, double bed, one 120 cm wide bed and two spring mattresses on the floor. Lakeside sauna with electric heating, fireplace, coffee maker, refrigerator, dining group, two beds (beds available between 1.5. and 30.9), wood-burning sauna stove (carried water). There is a cooking hut next to the sauna, and wood-heated hot tub on the beach closer to the cabin. Please note, heating hot tub takes longer time in autumn, winter and spring time. Not recommended to use the hot tub when it is significantly cold. Please, contact the owner if you need a help with heating up the hot tub. The user of the hot tube is responsible for any damages. Note! Smoke sauna in front of the hot tub is not available and not for the rent. Pets allowed, an extra fee will be applied, maximum two pets at a time. Bed linen can be rented. Electric car charging allowed for an additional fee (payment per holiday period).

Mäntyrinne Ruka is located in a beautiful and peaceful area on the shores of Lake Ihtinki. Ruka's services are only a 10-minute drive away. Hiking trails are also easily accessible. The sledding trail is about 300 m away. Lake Ihtinkijärvi offers rewarding fishing moments both in summer and winter. Rowing boat and lean-to shared with the neighboring cottage (Kuusirinne). It is easy to take forest trips from the site in any season. Good berry forests right next door. About 20 km north of Kuusamo, the nearest Ruka slope is about 9 km away and the Ruka grocery store Sale is 8 km away. The nearest ski trails are 6 km away, with parking spaces for cars. The cottage is a modern and comfortable, well-equipped laminated log cottage. Built in 2008, area 82 m2, of which the loft is 14 m2. Living room-kitchen is a unified space, the fireplace adds atmosphere. Two bedrooms with folding doors, both with connected beds for 2 (for a total of 4). Full-height loft with beds for 4 guests. Baby gate at the top of the loft and possible to put a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs. Toilet, shower and sauna with electric heater. Spacious carport in the yard for guests' use.

Under floor heating and air source heat pump.
