Nice log cabin built in 2006 in a quiet Kaulavaara area in Äkäslompolo. Ski, mountain bike and hiking trails are all close by. Two bedrooms on the first floor, one with double bed and a toilet and one with two single beds and a sliding door. Second floor has two beds and two mattresses. Cabin has two desks for remote work. Two balconies, one facing the sunrise and one facing the sunset. Charging station for an electric car. Cabin has a storage room with ski maintenance possibility. Log cabin in Äkäslompolo near the ski tracks, mountain bike and the hiking trails No pets allowed in the cabin. Final cleaning is included in the price and it is possible to rent the bed linen.

Logcottage close to Levi ski resort%3B Levi's eastern slopes 3.5 km, southern slopes 6 km. Levi centre 12 km, where e.g. spa, programme services, and equipment hire. Levi-golf 10 minutes drive. In summer when sun never sets you can golf longer! Renowned Riikonkoski rapids on R. Ounasjoki 1 km away from cottage, good fishing waters. Order of final cleaning is obligatory at high seson.

40 km to the from Lahti, river Kymijoki 10 m, muddy/rocky bottom near the pier, hard gently deepening sand bottom beach for children at the boat site, rowing boat. Log cabin 1997, living room/kitchen (13 m²) with spreadable bed for two, bedroom with (9 m²) two beds, access to sauna via terrace, toilet and shower in dressing/washroom, wood-burning sauna stove in sauna. There is a separate mini oven and two hot plates in the kitchenette. Composting toilet (also for winter use) and wood shelter in the yard. Pets not allowed for the reservations made on 31.8.21 or later. Please, notice that cottage is not suitable for the persons allergic for pets. Lossitupa is s small rental cabin, ideal for a couple or for a small family. The same owner has rental cabins 15096, 15097, 15098 and 15099 within a distance of a few hundred meters. If the snow condition allows, the owner makes a ski trail about 100 meters away, length of the trail is 1-2 km. 28 km south-east of Salo, River Kurkelanjoki 150 m, which is sanded in 2013, suitable also for children. 2 boats for own use. In addition beach 100 m, where jetty and deep shore, suitable only for good swimmers! Previous farmstead, built 1918, renovated 2007. Location comprises 2 buildings, 90 + 47 m². Larger building has kitchen with 1 extra bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds. Glazed porch. Smaller building has kitchen wit 2 extra beds, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with 2 extra beds. Air source heat pump in both buildings. Separate sauna building with dressing room, distance from shore approx. 80 m. Internet-connection (wireless, speed 1 Mb). Gas grill and fixed grill. In the yard there is a wood fired hot tub for rent. The tub must be booked from the owner at least one week prior to the start of the holiday. Rent: 150 € / weekend, 200 € / week. Water exchange 80 €. Rental must be agreed with the owner. Note! Only 1 pet allowed for an additional fee. Plot is 4 hectares sunny, level and open. River bank approx. 100 metres away, river is 10 m wide at location. River here unsuitable for poor swimmers. River ideal for canoeists.

Wooden house 1938, renovated 2008, rooms on 3 storeys, kitchen, dining room/living room, TV room, “hunters' bar”, 4 bedrooms each with 2 beds (one room with own WC and shower), 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds plus top bunk, 1 bedroom 1 bed, sauna, washroom, room with fireplace, glazed terrace, large open balcony. House has total of 6 showers, WC facilities also upstairs, equipment includes spin drier. More extra beds by arrangement. Spacious, fully renovated %E2%80%98salmon fishing cabin' in peaceful village setting. Located right next to a natural salmon river and a spectacular waterfall. Good fishing places below the waterfall approx. 150 m from cabin! Length of fishing area10 km (salmon, trout, grayling, etc.). Equipment includes fish smoking oven and sand pit for pit-roasting meat. Camping site with e.g. summer restaurant and kiosk approx. 200 m. Illuminated ski trail (length 3 km) 200 m. Bed linen is included in prices.

In addition canoe available. Wooden chalet 2004 with two storeys, kitchen, living room, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom 2 beds, sauna (electric stove), washroom, hydro massage bath, dressing room. Upstairs kitchenette, bedroom double bed, bedroom 2 beds and bedroom 1 bed. Upstairs bedroom has own shower and WC. Seashore sauna 2015. In the sauna there is wooden stove, shower room (2 showers), living room with fireplace. Downstairs garages and hobby room behind chalet are used a little by owner. Chalet's main entrances are on other side. Lovely seashore chalet in owner's yard area with, however, its own shore and jetty. Note! Reservations start end at 12 noon (also in weekends) in this chalet. Chalet is not suitable for disabled guests. Owner rents out by arrangement / By separate payment smoke sauna and hot tub (should be booked in advance and paid to the owner directly). Also mountain bikes for rent. Chalet is located by sea route, own jetty and buoy. Talma downhill ski centre 25 km, Porvoo 22 km. NOTE! If you plan to bring a motorhome with you, you need to contact sales prior booking.
