Cozy and atmospheric log villa, built in 1999. Location on own quiet lakeside plot in Vuokatti, on the shore of Lake Nuasjärvi (distance to the lake from the cottage 30 m, length of the lake 30 km, width 5 km). The beach is deep, rocky shore, hard gravel/sand bottom. Own shoreline approx. 300 meters, large pier and rowing boat. The cottage is 106 m², on two floors. In the spacious and bright living room, a dining set for 6-8, and a spacious plush sofa. In the living areas, a massive and atmospheric fireplace, hearth, and oven combination. Downstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (width 160 cm, can be made into separate beds if necessary) and the other with two separate beds (width 90 cm). In the low loft, two frame beds (80 cm) and mattresses. The bathroom has a shower, an electrically heated indoor sauna and a toilet. There is a separate, traditional beach sauna (12 m²) on the beach, with wood-heated stove and electric light. The beach sauna is available all year round, note. from the beginning of October to the end of April, water for the beach sauna from the tap or bathroom. The sauna and cottage have their own terrace areas. Grill shed/cottage kitchen and gas grill. Children's equipment: bathtub, high chair, travel bed, baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, toys for children. Additional equipment: Stereos, PlayStation3, induction stove, tumble dryer. Vuokatti 3.5 km, by boat km to Katinkulta, Sotkamo 8 km, Kajaani 28 km. Nuasjärvi is a fishy lake, own boat. Distance to Vuokatti Husky safari 1 km. Well-maintained cozy and sunny, but wooded slope plot. Peaceful location, on the shore of a large, fishy body of water. In connection with the main building, a sun terrace of approx. 70 m2 facing south and sun loungers. The neighboring cottage is 8105 (no direct line of sight). Firewood is included in the rent. The cabin is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival until 12 noon on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings. Pets allowed. Note the cabin's water comes from the municipal water network (excellent drinking water quality). Ground floor: kitchen/livingroom, bedroom with 2 beds, sauna (electric stove), bathroom (2 showers), separate toilet, small open veranda. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, both with 2 beds, bedrooms has sloping roofs, toilet also upstairs, lounge area. Radio/CD-player. Two TV's, one in the bedroom upstairs, TV in living room has PC interface. Steady stairs to upper floor (child safety gate at the top of the stairs). Ski equipment (men's and women's skis for downhill skiing and cross-country skiing (size 38/45) for use. Also two snowshoes in sizes 25 and 36. Distance to nearest ski slope, Front piste 1.4 km. Restaurants, spa, shops and other services within 1-1.5 km distance, nearest ski bus stop 400 m.

Living room, kitchenette, loft divided into two compartments by wall (one compartment with 3 beds, one with 2 beds) there is sloping ceiling in the loft, sauna (electric stove), washroom, separate WC, open porch, storage room. Ground floor 39 m², loft 24 m². The object is fitted for small families (not suitable for example for 5 adults). Nurmennunnu is a cozy apartment in a nice distance from the center of Levi. The nearest ski slope is the northeastern slope 1.8 km, Levicentre's Eturinne slope 2.8 km. Ski waxing rack available. Check out at 11.

9 km ten noorden van Kuusamo, Ruka 19 km, Oivanginjärvi-meer 40 m. Blokhut gebouwd in 2012. Slaapkamer 1: 2 bedden. Slaapkamer 2: tweepersoonsbed, woonkamer/keuken, houtgestookte sauna. Blokhut op een rustige locatie, aan de oever van Oivanginjärvi. Er is geen pier of onderhouden strand. De openhaard en de keuken-houtkachel zijn niet in gebruik. To ensure a smooth holiday, we always recommend ordering a final cleaning in advance. Atmospheric, two-part log cabin next to the services of Sallatunturi tourist centre. Suitable for two families. Ski trails, snowmobile trail network, ski slopes and a new national park nearby. Log cabin, board lined exterior, built in 1982. The cabin has two sides, A and B, both have their own entrance. The sauna compartment is shared and is located on the ground floor in the middle of the house. Pets are allowed on the B-side for an additional fee, which is charged per pet. Pets are not allowed on the A-side. A-side: living room / kitchen, spacious loft with 2 beds and spreadable sofa bed in own compartment, there is also WC in connection with the loft. Access to the balcony from the loft. B-side: living room / kitchen, spacious loft with double bed and 2 mattresses in own compartment. Sauna compartment is located on the ground floor, steep stairs. Sauna room, washroom and separate WC. In the middle of the house in the entrance hall, there is an additional WC with small shower cubicle. Well-equipped living room / kitchen on both sides. Both have ceramic hobs, fridge-freezers, coffee makers, kettles and toasters. In addition to both sides have smart TVs, the third TV is on the A-side loft. Air source heat pumps are also on both sides. The fireplace on the B-side is out of use and is replaced by a small electric fireplace creating an atmosphere.
