There is a private shelter and fireplace in the cabin's yard. 52 km north from Kemijärvi, log cabin built in 1983 and renovated 2001. Downstairs: kitchen, living room, alcove with one bed (80*200cm), sauna (electric stove), washroom/ toilet and utility room/ wardrobe. Upstairs: double bed (160*200cm), bed (110*200cm), bed (90*200cm). To ensure a smooth holiday, we always recommend ordering a final cleaning in advance. If final cleaning has not been ordered and has not been done properly by the customer, the final cleaning fee will be charged double in arrears.

65 km northeast of Kuopio, Syvärijärvi 400 m, public beach 1.5 km, no boat. A single villa located at Tahko Ski Resort in 2003, renovated in 2019. Downstairs there is a cozy living room/kitchen, fireplace, bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with 2 beds, washing room, separate WC, hallway, covered terrace. Loft with 2 beds. Internet Access 100 Mbit, air source heat pump. Renovated and neat holiday villa, which is located in a good location close to all the services of Tahko. Spa 1.2 km, ski lift 1 km, Tahko Old Course 400 m, shops and restaurants 900 m. Pikku-Hovila is best suited for couples or families. Near is play grownd for childrens. Bookings start on arrival day at 16.00 and end on departure day at 12.00 (applies also to weekend bookings).

27 km north of Kuusamo, 400 m to Ruka ski lifts, 700 m to Ruka central square. Plane log cabin, built in 1986. Living room and kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, one with double bed, 2 with bunk beds. Separate toilette and sauna/bathroom. Terrace. Cabin located in the closest cabin village to Ruka, Kelokaltiokylä. Walking distance to the slopes, restaurants, shop and other services. The nearest skiing lift (Kelo slope) is ca. 400 m. Suits best for families with children and parties max 6 persons. You can't find a separate cabin closer to Ruka than this! Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).

Semi-detached house apartment completed in 2012 in the Vuokatti ski resort, near the main lift station and hiking trails. The area of %E2%80%8B%E2%80%8Bthe cottage is 110 m² on three floors. On the middle floor there is a spacious kitchen / living room, separate toilet and bedroom with a double bed (160 cm). Normal stairs to the loft (the loft is low, max 160 cm), with 4 separate beds (2 wider and 2 x 80 cm). On the entrance floor there is a hallway, utility room with a sofa bed, a shower, toilet and a sauna with an electric heater. In addition, there is access to a storage / maintenance room. As child equipment, a high chair, travel bed, potty and safety gates on the stairs (upper and lower part). Kajaani 35 km, Sotkamo 7 km, ski slope 150 m, cross-country ski track 100 m. Nearest beach 2 km. The property is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival, until 12 noon on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings. No pets. Linen available for an additional fee. Final cleaning is included in the prices.

28 km north of Hämeenlinna, L.Ilmoilanselkä 35 m (length 5 km, width 3 km), shallow, hard sand bottom, pier and rowing boat. 2-storey wooden/breeze block cottage 1994. Kitchen and interior renovated 2017, Upstairs: living room/kitchen and bedroom double bed, toilet. Downstairs: bedroom 3 beds, room with fireplace with 1 extra bed, sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom (shower). Cottage has balcony and open terrace towards evening sun. Cottage has central vacuum cleaning system. Good quality pipe water from own deep well. Note! Cottage has no drying cupboard/closet. Gas grill and wood grill. Wifi. Possibility to charge an electric car (11 kw Type 2, located approx. 100 m from the cabin, shared with another cabin). Maximum one pet allowed. Chalet on plot on slope, with level grassed yard on both the land side and the shore side. The next-door neighbor is rental villa 5138 (distance 40 m), other neighbours are more far away. Shore path is fringed with many fine large ostrich ferns. In the farm area there is also a WWF-type landscaped meadow and a forest lean-to approx. 80 m from the cottage. Good fishing waters. For rent, boat with motor and an Indian canoe. Owner has share in Aulankogolf course 18 km, several other golf courses within a 30-km radius. Two horse riding stables 15 km. Sappee Ski Resort 35 km. In front of the cottage there is a brick barbecue and a terrace of approximately 30 square meters with dining and sofa groups. This charming 75m² log cabin was originally built in 1994, but almost completely renovated in 2021. The cabin has modern comfort combined with a traditional log atmosphere. The location of the cabin is at a wonderful vantage point on a promontory with beautiful lake views. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. One bedroom has separate beds and the other a double bed, but it is possible to separate the beds into separate beds. The sofa bed must be spread out in the living room as a spare bed. Sauna with wood stove and washroom with toilet. The beach has a pier with swimming steps and the beach is rocky and steeply deepening. Next to the cottage is the perfect place to spend an evening by the campfire. The cabin is located halfway between Joensuu and Kuopio. a wonderful place to relax in the peace of nature.
