Holiday apartment 25 m², located in popular and renewed Ellivuori area. The building was completely renovated in 2018. This destination is located 45 km to the west from Tampere, lake Rautavesi 150 m, gently deepening child-friendly sand beach. The beach is shared with other customers in the area. Boat ramp on the beach. The room has a double bed and a sofa bed for one person, in the kitchenette there is refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, TV, and washroom with WC. There is a communal barbecue area on site (distance 300 m), as well as a wood-heated lakeside sauna and a smoke sauna. The rental is handled by the campsite VuoriCaravan.

The destination is located 45 km to the west from Tampere, lake Rautavesi 150 m, gently deepening child-friendly sand beach. Beach is shared with other customers in the area. There is a boat ramp on the beach. You will find a well-equipped living room/kitchen in the living area. The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed (width 140 cm) in a lockable space. There is an entrance to the shower room from the lockable space, where you will find a toilet, a shower and an electric sauna. The glazed balcony is very spacious (17 m²), and it has a view to the lake. Access to living room and bedroom from the balcony. There is a communal barbecue area on site (distance 400 m), as well as a wood-heated lakeside sauna and a smoke sauna. Sauna shifts can be booked at VuoriCaravan's office. If the fire alarm goes on as a result of the customer's behavior, a fee of 250 € will be applied (it is advisable to avoid cooking inside).

24 km south of Mikkeli, lake Saimaa/Paljavesi 25 m, shallow water, hard sanded bottom, pier, own rowing boat, canoe and kayak. Three-storied log building, 2000. Upper floor: bedroom 2 beds, 1 room 3 beds, balcony. Second floor: Kitchen, living room, bedroom 2 beds, WC, porch, balcony. Ground floor: Living room with open fireplace 1 extra bed, dressing room, washroom, sauna, WC. Mechanical ventilation. 15 km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 13 km, lake Pulkkajärvi 300 m. Single cottage, renovated in 2011, in downstairs there are livingroom with sofabed for 2 persons, kitchen, bedroom with doublebed, bathroom and wc, electric sauna and terrace. In upstairs there are bedroom with doublebed and lobby with sofabed for 2 persons. In the yard there is outdoor sauna (in winter time no runnig water in outdoor sauna) and summer kitchen.

Binnen:
64 km west of Tampere, Lake Suodenjärvi 60 m (length 2 km, width 100 m), deep, soft clay/ mud bottom, own jetty and boat. Log cottage 2005, living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms double bed in each, sleeping loft 4 beds, washroom, sauna, porch. There is a hot tub in the terrace for rent (rent per booking period, customer fills it by himself with water, heats with wood and empties it at the end by himself, payment directly to the owner). The tub cannot be rented if winter weather is really cold.

25 km north of Kuusamo, Vuosseli (Eastern Ruka) 1.8 km, Ruka village (Western Ruka) 3.8 km. Apartment in log-built semi-detached house, built in 2000. Kitchen/livingroom, bedroom: double bed, loft: 4 beds, electric sauna. Area 58 m², loft (sloping ceilings) 20 m².

Appartement ligt aan de piste van Vuosseli. Extra informatie: Automatisch brandalarmsysteem --> u kunt geen kaars branden in het appartement. Geen sauna in het appartement. Afstanden: Karhunkierros-trail/Valtavaara day trail 200 m. Oulanka National Park/Pieni Karhunkierros -trail 26 km.

Een prachtige blokhut op een uitstekende locatie in Ruka. Keuken, grote woonkamer, toilet, slaapkamer 1: tweepersoonsbed (breedte 160 cm), slaapkamer 2: tweepersoonsbed (breedte 160 cm) met kledingkast. Bijkeuken en kleedkamer, badkamer en sauna. Bovenverdieping: slaapkamer 3: 2 bedden (breedte á 80 cm), ook toilet in de slaapkamer, veel ruimte in TV-kamer/woonkamer, in het andere eind van de bovenverdieping 2 bedden (breedte á 80 cm). Daarnaast boven 1 bed en 4 extra bedden (smalle opklapbare matrassen), die u vrij kunt plaatsen in de slaapkamer of open ruimte van de bovenverdieping. Het huisje kan gehuurd worden voor maximaal 12 personen, zelfs als er meer bedden zijn. Ingericht voor kinderen (kinderstoel, potje en kindveilig hekje boven). Een warme berging voor ski's en skimateriaal direct naast de voordeur. Gelegen aan de oostkant van Ruka, een goed uitgeruste hut, gebouwd rond de jaarwisseling van 2008-09. Inclusief o.a. 2 LCD televisies, grote carport, eigen strand aan het meer Vuosselinjärvi (meer is niet zichtbaar vanuit het huisje), op slechts 150 m afstand, boot (gezamenlijk gebruik) beschikbaar. Goede verbindingen met sneeuwscooter routes en skipistes, korte afstand tot de dichtstbijzijnde skilift. Houdt u er rekening mee dat als u geen eindschoonmaak als extra service heeft geboekt en deze niet goed of helemaal niet wordt uitgevoerd, de beheerder verhoogde schoonmaakkosten in rekening zal brengen. Weekend reserveringen van vr 16.00 tot zondag 12.00.
