This three-floor log house located by the Vuokatti hill in village Ohravaara was completed in 1993. Floor area 60 m² and upstairs floor area 50 m². In entrannce floor there is combined living room & kitchen, two bedrooms, the other with separate beds for two, the other with separate beds for three. Entrance to the two beds' room is through other bedroom. In this floor there is also a toilet and big terrace with beautiful views. In upstairs there are two bedrooms, the other with separate beds for two, the other with separate beds for three. Small kitchen, toilet and terrace. Downstairs there is sauna (heated with wood) and washroom + toilet. NOTE: Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers. Possibility for electric car charging. Villa Vonka is a charming holiday cabin situated on the rapids of Matkakoski on the Torne river (River Tornio). Additionally, there are hiking trails in the area suitable for nature lovers and hikers. In winter, the area also offers a chance for downhill skiing at Aavasaksa Ski Resort, located approx. 35 km away from the cabin. Villa Vonka is an excellent spot for those who want to work remotely while enjoying an inspiring environment. The peaceful and nature-oriented surroundings also offer a chance for relaxation and stress relief. The cabin is located 37 km north of Tornio city center on the banks of the Torne river. The impressive Matkakoski rapids are just 150 m away. The cabin offers a magnificent view of the river. Due to the strong current, the beach is not suitable for swimming. On the ground floor of the cabin, there is a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with two single beds. The sauna, shower room, and WC are also on this floor, along with a covered terrace. The upper floor has two beds. From the upper floor, there is access to a balcony with a stunning view of the river and the Swedish side. Please note that the stairs leading to the upper floor are steep. There is a shared cooking hut between two cabins. Closer to the beach, there is also a spacious lean-to and a campfire site. This lean-to can also be used by guests from another cabin (Villa Vaara). Final cleaning and pre-made bed linen are included in the rent. Matkakoski is also well-known for its fishing spots (salmon and whitefish), so you can observe traditional hand net based fishing right next to you. Log cabin 1989, kitchen/living room, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, 1 bedroom with 2 beds + 2 extra beds, washroom, electric sauna, open veranda. Separate lakeside sauna (wood heated sauna stove) with a hearth room with fridge, washing room, dressing room, shower, WC. Lakeside sauna is located about 110 m distance from the cabin and it can be used year-round. Cabin is located on the rocky hill and there is a slope from the cabin to the shore. It's recommended to use road from the cabin to the shore (distance 150 m, also accessible by car during summer). There are also stairs to the shore, but they quite steep and because they are wooden, they might be slippery when raining (stairs are not in use during winter). The cottage is situated in a country village on a hill and the sauna is down by the lake. The nearest neighbour (50 m) is a grain dryer which is used only few weeks in August/September (causes some noise when working and it can be heard on the cabin yard). The next neighbor is a farm house about 150 m away. Smoke sauna and windsurfer available by separate arrangement. Tended ski trails 1,5 km from cottage. Lake Kirkkojärvi famous for birdlife 12 km.

Villa Vuorso is a nice holiday cabin located between Rovaniemi and Pello, about 60 km to the west from Rovaniemi and 35 km to the east from Pello. The cabin is located on a flat lawn plot on by a big lake Raanujärvi. The cabin has several amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. The beach near the cabin is shallow and has sand and clay bottom. The cabin also has own rowing boat, so you can go boating or fishing on the lake whenever you want. The cabin has two floors: Ground floor: %E2%80%A2 Room where you can spend time together. %E2%80%A2 Separate kitchen where you can prepare food. %E2%80%A2 Bedroom with one bed. %E2%80%A2 Electrically heated sauna. %E2%80%A2 Washroom and WC. %E2%80%A2 Terrace from which you can admire the lake view and enjoy the fresh air.
