Downstairs: bedroom 3 beds, room with fireplace with 1 extra bed, sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom (shower). Cottage has balcony and open terrace towards evening sun. Cottage has central vacuum cleaning system. Good quality pipe water from own deep well. Gas grill and wood grill. Wifi. Possibility to charge an electric car (11 kw Type 2, located approx. 100 m from the cabin, shared with another cabin). Maximum one pet allowed. Chalet on plot on slope, with level grassed yard on both the land side and the shore side. The next-door neighbor is rental villa 5139 (distance 40 m), other neighbours are more far away. Shore path is fringed with many fine large ostrich ferns. In the farm area there is also a WWF-type landscaped meadow and a forest lean-to approx. 100 m from the cottage. Good fishing waters. For rent, boat with motor and an Indian canoe. Owner has share in Aulankogolf course 18 km, several other golf courses within a 30-km radius. Two horse riding stables 15 km. Sappee Ski Resort 35 km. Log-built semi-detached house situated near the pond Ukonlampi. Steep path to the lake. The cottage is located on a ridge, in a tranquil place. Surrounded with pine forest. Additional information: Distance to the official skiing track is 4 km. There is also a skiing track that is connected to the official skiing track, the track starts from the cottage. Fishing is allowed in the Pond Ukonlampi. Lean-to shelter in shared use. To the nearest bathing beach in pond Pieni Helilampi 4.8 km. Log cabin 1998, living room/ kitchen with convertible sofa, bedroom with 1 bed and a bunk bed, bedroom with double bed, washroom, dressing room, spacious sauna for 8 persons, 2 x open verandas. Air source heat pump ( heating and cooling). Meals delivered by order. Possibility for guided rabbit shooting. The railway runs 200 m behind the cottage.

29 km east of Kouvola, Vääntäjävirta 40 m, sandy beach, a pier, own boat. Vääntäjävirta is a very long waterway that joins lake Immasenjärvi. Wooden house 2009, kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with double bed and TV, second bedroom with 2 beds, third bedroom with 2 beds, fourth bedroom with 2 beds. Utility room, washroom with toilet, shower and bath, in addition separate toilet, covered terrace. The house has mechanical ventilation, air source heat pump and internet. The main building does not have a sauna, but there is a separate well-equipped lakeside sauna (25 m²) with washroom, living room with fireplace, kitchenette and two alternative beds. There is a wood-fired hot tub freely available by the lakeside sauna. R Possibility also for using wood for barbecue. There is campfire site . Canopy for two cars. Well equipped and spacious house which is located on a natural slope in a nice scenery. This house can accommodate even a bigger family for a comfortable stay. 50 km south-west of Tampere, pond Ojastenlampi 150 m (100x60m), gently sloping shallow hard sand bottom, in deeper partly mud bottom. By the pier the depth is 2-3 meters. Pond is in shared use with owner (owner uses it sometimes). Old log farmhouse, renovated in 2005, kitchen, large living room, 3 bedroom, each with 3 beds, sleeping alcove with bed (width 120 cm), hall, room where bake oven (eg. for grilling sausages, preparing meals), washing room (2 showers), sauna (electric stove), 2 toilets. A total of 10 beds. For additional fee possibility for 4 extra beds. By the pond there is a summer barbecue hut which is in shared use with the owner (please inform the owner in advance if you wish to use the barbecue hut). By a separate payment a summer sauna building with wooden stove, also with fireplace (heated by customer 50€/day, 200€/week, 2019) and a smoke sauna (heated by owner 150€/one heating, 300€ during winter, 2019). Availability of the additional saunas should be agreed in advance with the owner. In summer sauna there are extra beds for 2-4 beds (additional fee). The owner uses pond beach sometimes. Farmhouse from the 1800s on a peaceful plot. Furnished respecting tradition, yet with all modern conveniences. The house has good facilities for two families. Yard area is spacious and bright and bordered by a beautiful field landscape. Nearby good nature trails and cross-country skiing tracks (depending on weather conditions). There is a shelter (lean-to) on the way. Snowmobile track 1 km. You can also organize banquets and meetings in this house, also catering available from Lantula village association (www.lantula.fi).
