The log-built apartment was built in 2011. There are four apartments in the house. This holiday apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The spacious open kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and spending time with family or friends. Note the kitchen has an oven and a microwave. The apartment has three bedrooms, all have two beds. The washroom has a sauna with electric sauna stove, where you can relax after a day of hiking. The apartment also has utility room, two WCs (one with a shower), lobby and open porch.

Kitchen, livingroom, two bedrooms with double bed in each bedroom, loft (55 m²) with 3 alvoces with 2-3 mattresses. In loft also a sofabed, electric sauna, washing room, terrace, toilet. Air source heat pump (for heating).

The rental villa Hapero is located on a wonderful hillside plot on the shore of the lake Kaitajärvi. On the sturdy pier, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape while sitting on a bench. Maximaal 2 huisdieren/honden toegestaan. 10km ten noorden van Kuusamo, Ruka 18km, Oivankijärvi meer 50 m, zandstrand, wordt snel dieper, roeiboot. Houten cottage, bouwjaar 1986, slaapkamer 1: tweepersoonsbed en 1 bed, slaapkamer 2: tweepersoonsbed en 1 bed, gecombineerde keuken/woonkamer, elektrische sauna. Houten huisje gelegen aan de zuidelijke oever van het meer Oivankijärvi. Strand is zand, maar dieper is het zacht. Water wordt vrij snel diep en is daarom niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Extra uitrusting: Luchtwarmtepomp voor verwarming / koeling. Reisbedje voor kinderen tegen betaling bij de beheerder van het huisje (graag ruim van te voren contact opnemen). Extra informatie: Sauna, keuken en interieur zijn gerenoveerd 2008. Eindschoonmaak zal worden toegevoegd aan alle reserveringen. Gelegen naast Mäntylä A (9201). Barbecuehut in gedeeld gebruik met huisje Mäntylä A (niet in de winter in gebruik). Sauna bij het meer is in privé gebruik (niet in gebruik door gasten). Afstand tot de officiële skipiste is 4 km. Er kan ook een skibaan zijn op ongeveer 200 m van het huisje. Andere afstanden: Oulanka National Park/Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 38 km, Riisitunturi National Park 40 km, spa Holiday Club Kuusamon Tropiikki, Angry Birds Activity Park en Kuusamo Golf 5 km.
