Ski service room. Apartment doors height of only 180 cm, the height of the apartment in some places lower than normal. Loft is not suitable for accommodation because of lack of emergency exit.

17 km north of Mikkeli. Neuhanlampi Pond 15 m (length 1 km, breadth 300 m), shallow water, sandy bottom. Pier and rowing boat. Log cabin 1989, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, low sleeping loft with 2 beds on mattress, sauna (wood-heated), dressing room, washroom, veranda. Terrace and campfire.

Binnen:
40 km north of Heinola, River Tainionvirta 15 m (length 30 km, width 0.02 km), deep mud shore and 2 jetties, own boat. Log cottage 1989, renovated 2008, living room-kitchen/lounge, bathroom, 2 porches. In upstairs (room height max 170 cm, sloping ceilings) bedroom with 3 beds, bedroom with 1 single bed and convertible sofa, in the lounge double bed. Air-conditioning. 2*TV Separate log-built riverside sauna and room with a fireplace (20 m²) 2005, to swimming shore 30 m, deep mud bottom (2 m deep in the end of jetty), jetty. Sauna, washroom with shower cubicle and WC. Room with fireplace has mini-kitchen, heat-storing fireplace and tv. Wood-fired grill as well as gas grill. Garage and storage building, 1 car space in garage reserved for those renting cottage. Owner rents out a hot tub for extra price.

Binnen:
Traditional lappish cabin, built in 1993, located in Ylläsjärvi village's Ahvenkangas area for those who seek peace and quiet on their holiday. The ground floor has one bedroom with a double bed. There are two bed sofas in the living room area. Kitchen and sauna with wood-burning stove. Loft has steep stairs and three mattresses. The closest official starting point of the ski trails is at Ylläsjärvi village, but a couple of kilometers away, the trail goes across Ahvenkangas. Barbecue hut is in the yard.

Binnen:
60 km west of Tampere. Lake Mouhijärvi 35 m (length 5 km, breadth 1,5 km), shallow water, firm sandy bottom. Own boat. Wooden cabin 1990, renovated 2021, living room/kitchen with convertible sofa, bedroom with 2 beds, sauna, dressing room, open veranda.

Binnen:
13 km north of Mikkeli, Ekslampi pond 40 m (length 0.3 km, width 0.15 km) hard, deep mud bottom, own boat. A log cabin in 1975, renovated in 1999, kitchen-living room with a double bed (two 1-person beds with a double mattress topper, separate mattress toppers are also available upon prior request), and a convertible sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, terrace. Sauna by the lake 1975 (8 m²), wood-burning stove and heater tank, carrying water from the pond at 5 meters, electric light, terrace. Stairs to the sauna and shore. Sleeping hut 1975 (8 m²) with 2 single beds, electric light, available only in summer June-August. Grillhouse with charcoal grill and wood-burning stove. Outside toilet. Woodshed. Note! On the opposite shore of the pond 250 m away, there is highway no. 5.

Relax in a small two-person cabin in the middle of the beautiful landscapes of Lake Kilpisjärvi. This charming cabin offers cozy accommodations for couples or friends seeking peace and natural beauty. The cabin is divided into two compartments. On one side, there is a comfortable living and sleeping area having convenient spreadable sofa bed that can be converted into two separate 80 cm wide beds. On the other side, you'll find the washroom with shower and a traditional wood-heated sauna. The sauna has a window offering stunning views of the lake and fells. Between these two spaces, there's an additional area that is not heated. Although this area is not heated, it provides a lovely spot to relax by the fireplace with breathtaking views of the lake and fells.

Log/wooden cabin 1997, living room/kitchen with convertible sofa, bedroom with 2 beds, sleeping alcove (curtain) with convertible sofa, sauna, dressing room, washing room (toilet), veranda. Internet connection for an additional fee (contact the owner).

27 km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 2.9 km, Lake Talvijärvi 300 m. Log cottage, built in 2008, bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: double bed, bedroom 3: 2 beds, combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna. Pets allowed at extra fee, which is charged per reservation.

A wood-heated hot tub is available for guests at no extra charge.
